The staff were Very helpful and pleasant and the location, although situated close to everything, was very quiet

The room a little small

Great location, one block off the beach in the middle of the Prom des Anglais. Underground parking for only 10 Euro. Quiet room due to remote control metal shutters the enclosed the balcony window, which was the only window. Great air conditioning. The Internet actually worked. We were very pleasantly surprised because we spent three weeks traveling all over the South of France and virtually every hotel lies about their amenities. This one was on the ball.

No tea kettle in room. I don't get it.

Very close to the beach, also close to the street full of restaurants and stores. Bus station, 10 mins walk away. Room is nice and functional.

Air-con is not very functional and wifi charged extra money

Excellent location but quiet even though in busy area.

Lack of clear initial directions since it was not stated that hotel in road next to tourist office which would have made it much easier to find.

The hotel is only a couple minutes walk from the Promenade des Anglais and the beaches. It's very centrally located. Clean and neat little hotel with free parking.

It looks old and tired. If you're ok without a view from your window, it's quite ok.

Fantastic location close to sea and loads of central places to eat, very friendly and helpful staff, clean modern room, hotel has its own parking. Overall just what we wanted for a one-night stop ahead of a flight out from Nice.

Close to buses and nightlife, would definitely recommend

Convenient location for shops and other tourist facilities, whilst also being remarkably quiet given its central position. The room had all the facilities that one would need and it was well maintained.Hotel staff were polite and helpful. Overall, excellent value for money.

There was nothing to complain about.

We loved the location it is close to the beach and shopping, yet tucked away on a quiet street it is also close to a variety of restaurants. The bed was so comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back!

Everything was excellent! Nice and attencious staff, perfect location (less than one quarter from the beach, and close to the main streets), quiet place... and the terrace was fantastic to enjoy some rosé wines in the evening! I will certainly stay there again when go back to Nice!
