Hôtel Massenet  

Great location, one block off the beach in the middle of the Prom des Anglais. Underground parking for only 10 Euro. Quiet room due to remote control metal shutters the enclosed the balcony window, which was the only window. Great air conditioning. The Internet actually worked. We were very pleasantly surprised because we spent three weeks traveling all over the South of France and virtually every hotel lies about their amenities. This one was on the ball.

No tea kettle in room. I don't get it.

Very close to the beach, also close to the street full of restaurants and stores. Bus station, 10 mins walk away. Room is nice and functional.

Air-con is not very functional and wifi charged extra money

Good location

The hotel is only a couple minutes walk from the Promenade des Anglais and the beaches. It's very centrally located. Clean and neat little hotel with free parking.

It looks old and tired. If you're ok without a view from your window, it's quite ok.

Fantastic location close to sea and loads of central places to eat, very friendly and helpful staff, clean modern room, hotel has its own parking. Overall just what we wanted for a one-night stop ahead of a flight out from Nice.

The dinner was excellent. And the pool.

Location excellent, near shops and restaurants and very close to the beach

The friendliness of the staff, a great welcome, relaxed atmosphere and they couldn't do enough for us. The room was clean and comfortable and the terrace provided a peaceful and relaxing extension of the room. It is ideally located for shops, beach, other local attractions and easy to get to by bus from the airport. Breakfast was good value for money, dining area was clean and had a pleasant atmosphere. We would recommend this hotel to others.

Suggestion for improvement would be to provide tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

excelent location, size and quietness of the room

Angenehmes Hotel in Toplage Nizza: 200m zur Promenade, rue de France gleich um die Ecke, kurze Entfernung zu Blumenmarkt und Altstadt. Trotzdem sehr ruhige Lage. Das Zimmer hatte einen schönen Balkon mit Tisch und 4 Sesseln. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Günstige Parkgelegenheit in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage (10,-€ pro Tag)

Geniale Lage da nahe der Fussgängerzone, trotzdem in einer kleinen Seitenstrasse gelegen darum Ruhig. 1 min. Fussweg zum Meer. Zimmer sind gross und modern. Essen kann nicht beurteilt werden da wir nicht im Hotel gegessen haben - Nizza bietet einfach genug kulinarisches ;-)
