The hotel staff were without exception helpful and friendly. They recommended and booked excursions for us, answered all my queries in a most helpful manner and even lent us a corkscrew for the duration of our stay. The room had a tiny fridge which was not stuffed with overpriced goods and we found this a real boon. |

The hotel is placed in the pedestral zone with all the shops around it. Also near the sea The breakfast, although not included, had the basic stuff and did not have any kind of meat!!!. The receptionist told me that they have ham only on high season when the breakfast is a little bit more expensive. |

The hotel is in a very convenient location. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean, all that is needed on a short break. The breakfasts could be more varied, fresh fruit, meats, etc. |

The room and staff were lovely. The location was excellent; very close to beach and shops and restaurants and old town. There was a slight damp smell within the room which cleared quickly once a window was opened |

The hotel staff was wonderful and very helpful. It is situated in a quite corner of the street, but very close to shopping, restaurants and public transportation. It is a great place and we recommend it highly. |

it was nice hotel for the price and very well located. and had parking which is very rare in Nice yes the balcony was inaccessible because there was a metal grid like a store which we couldnt open |

The hotel room was in a great location, clean, large for Europe, had great amenities such as a refrigerator, security/blackout blinds, TV, large bathroom, separate toilet from shower. The location was also quiet, off of any main roads. Wireless internet was inexpensive (3Euros/day).Overall a great hotel for the money. No view from the window, but you can't have everything. I did not have breakfast any morning. The tap water tasted a bit funny. |

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is excellent, and underground parking is a bonus. Rooms were modern and very clean. Hotel Massenet is a gem just off the Promenade des Aglais!! |

Location, location, location! Very close to many Nice gems. The staff was quite polite and helpful. No, overall it was what we hoped for. |
