Cheap Bethune is a grotty town and this hotel is in a grotty location, next to the funeral directors. The room was grubby and smelt of stale smoke. The carpets were dirty the public areas very tatty. Best avoided

L'acceuil et le personnel Hotel vetuste le sol du couloir est à même le béton Le sol de la salle petit déjeuné est délabré Les 3 premières chaines de tv ne sont pas réglées La lumière de la chambre est insuffisante Il manque également des petites lumières de chevet La barrière du lit du haut est mal conçue et mal positionnée La salle de bain est vraiment trop petite même par rapport aux hotels de même catégories. La poignée de la fenêtre est trop haute ....

Le personnel est très accueillant et disponible. Le petit déjeuner est suffisant. Hotel qui a besoin d'une sérieuse rénovation. Les couvre-lits, la moquette et les plafonds ect La cabine de douche est trop petite et le système de douche pas très pratique d'autant que l'eau est souvent froide. Pour trois personnes c'est vraiment juste. Les serviettes de toilette sont aussi trop petites.
