no kettle. pillows too hard I would use the hotel again and recomend it to friends. however the taxi to get there dropped us about a mile away so check - you can be dropped off right outside.

Location and low cost Could not open the window. No English TV! Room rather dirty, especially bathroom. Bathroom had a broken light fitting hanging down over the sink with exposed wires. No soap in the soap dispenser. No thermostatic temperature control on the shower. I thought the breakfast was a bit expensive for what it was.

The staff were very helpful indeed and had a pleasant manner. They spoke English. The breakfast was good. The town centre was yards away from the hotel. We found the parking difficult - probably due to language barriers. It was an underground carpark, and we were unable to access it after hours, as we did not understand how to use the ticket. This was explained on the Sunday morning. We also had problems entering the car park - if approaching from the opposite carriageway, there is a side lane with traffic lights to cross the carriageway. We missed this and were in a very dangerous position in the fast lane of a busy road.

Je pense pouvoir donner un avis objectif étant donné mes trés nombreux séjours hotels par an. Pour connaitre assez bien le bassin rhône alpes, c'est un sans faute pour cet établissement. Pourtant modeste en terme de prix, le personnel est trés professionnel, les chambres impécables ( propreté, isolation ok, spacieuses). De plus la situation géographique est idéale pour un itinérant: proche gare, centre ville, à côté de Lyon, donc. Il est notable de remarquer le sens du service d'une équipe cohérente et discrète. A recommander sans risque ( qui peut allier business et famille sur ces tarifs?). Une jolie leçon à des plus grands beaucoup moins professionnel sur d'autres grille tarifaire. Cordialement

Accueil et personnel irréprochable, sanitaires propres, chambre propre. Voir le commentaire ci-dessous concernant le linge de lit. La couverture était vraiment dégoutante. Jamais je n'oserai proposer ça à quelqu'un! Il y avait une grosse tâche marron et des grosses peluches de couverture qui s'en détaché. D'autre part, je me suis réveillé les pieds dans l'eau! Il y a eu apparemment une fuite durant la nuit, la moquette était complètement détrempée !
