The price of the room was good value for money.

I did not like being penalised for making a mistake with my original booking.I Contacted your representatives in London by phone immediately after I made the mistake.They were extremely helpful and said they would do their best to try and get the penalty charge waived. It was only after 2 days from my phone call and subsequent emails from the representative that any reply was given from the hotel turning down the request.More annoying was the fact that I had reserved a room for a colleague at your hotel,when in fact he was planning on staying at his usual hotel a few miles away! So much for being grateful for giving you some extra business.

The entry and exit doors were very stiff and difficult to open. Try to arrive when staff are there otherwise it gets a bit confusing how to book in.

Nice price, free parking, free wifi and it is near Versailles which was our final stop to visit the castle.

Room was not clean, old and worn down. Very noisy. Mattresses where like a hammok. Wifi did not work or had poor connection for about 2 minutes and then stopped working again. Location of the hotel in the middle of nowhere. Staff seemed to be composed of some housewifes who just came out of bed. Would not recommend this place

The rooms are too small, the smelling of cigarettes although the hotel was entirely no smoking type. If you don't have a car, is very far from everywhere.

Good, middle size room, clean room and toilets, change towel every day, change bed shits every 3-4 day. Every day stuff clean room. FREE AND BIG PARKING IN QUIET AREA, INSIDE HOTEL COMPLEX. Location is good only if you travel by car.

no 24h reception after 9p.m. the entrence of hotel is closed and you have to enter code for entrance. If you late, and came after 9 p.m. you have something like ATM machine for check in. I arrived before 9 p.m. so I didn't have that kind of problem

Clean simple rooms.

Lack of indoor soundproofing, you hear every time someone slams the door near your door.

It was very convenient as we wanted to visit la Foire à l'Outil in Bièvres the next day (1st May), and the hotel is only 4mns from Bièvres according to our GPS. It was easy to find with the GPS, easy to book in. It was clean, and good value. We were very pleased with our choice. Edith Neilson

Relatively close to train station (can be reached by a walk in 15 minutes) and calm despite of highway proximity and paper-thin walls.

My room smells terribly after cigarettes smoke - dont know if maid was smoking there or just remainder of previous guest, but it didnt dissapear after more than week. Bathroom doesnt have any ventilation, so ceiling is covered with mold. Free internet is nice, but one in the hotel is designed to serve 10 people max, if there is more guests, you'll not be able to even read a mail.

Je ne sais pas ce qu'il s'est passé, mais a l'arrivée je n'avais qu'une chambre de réservée pour eux, il paraîtrais que j'avais annulé une réservation (ce qui est faut)et que j'en ai réservé une autre?????? Alors est-il possible que quelqu'un autre puisse avoir accès a mon compte réservation chez vous? Je n'accepte pas trop de passer pour une menteuse ou un truand.

Excellent prix grâce à Booking. Bon petit déjeuner avec croissants. Ascenseur pour étages.Grand parking gratuit. Hôtel situé à environ 15 km de Paris en voiture.

Loin du métro à pied. Règlages du chauffage difficile d'accès. Accès à bien étudier pour trouver l'hôtel qui n'est pas loin des autoroutes au sud de Paris. Restos quasi tous fermés le we.

Bien situé et environnement calme.

Literie désagréable, sommier très bruyant au moindre mouvement, oreiller sans intérêt !!! Dommage, le torticolis est arrivé... un rendez-vous raté !

La propreté de la chambre et de la SdB privative. Le petit dejeuner correct.

Les communs ( moquette escaliers, portes de la cage d'escalier,etc...) qui auraient besoin d'un lifting. L'arrivée du personnel à 07h25 pour preparer le petit dejeuner qui debute à 07h30. Donc pas pret à l'heure, ce qui nous a mis en retard sur notre planning serré.

la chambre qui m'était attribuée était spacieuse, l’accueil agréable

manque chauffage dans la salle de bain, (un frigo)
