It was basic but had all the necessities - very clean; lovely sheets; comfortable bed; good shower. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was as good as you can expect for 5 euros. The best was that it was very quiet - with notices asking guests not to be noisy after 9pm!

Clean, friendly and well managed budget price hotel. Excellent value breakfast. Ideal for an overnight stay when travelling. Room (especially toilet and shower) rather cramped.

We didn't book breakfast the previous night and was told we couldn't have any on the morning in question. No-one explained this the previous night and there was nothing in English that said you had to book in advance - Very very poor indeed

The breakfast was wide and cheap. The room smelled smoky and definitely not clean. Furthermore, the bathroom is prefab: since the hotel is very cheap, it is acceptable, but anyway its better to know it, as it's not so comfortable.

Suitable accommodation for youth group, with more public space than most budget hotels. Some of the rooms had clearly been used by smokers. Staff had no English (not a criticism, just a fact, and we had no significant problems).

The sheets were clean! The room smelt of cigarettes , the carpet and shower were dirty, with cigaret burns on sink, room badly in need of decoration,unruly children running around in car park , (not the hotel's fault) they say you get what you pay for, have paid far less for far better hotel rooms.

Pleasant staff, very good location for beach and then to get to motorways. Ideal break on way to Euro Disney. Handy supermarket. Upstairs rooms (our party had three) nicely decorated and fresh. Downstairs rooms not so good in respect of decoration and showers a bit inadequate. Did not get all three rooms together on return journey. Child locked in a loo for 45m because of faulty lock though staff concerned and helpful.

Easy check in and pleasant staff. Rooms upstairs on return journey well decorated. Convenient for beach and town. Supermarket nearby. Easy access to motorways. Downstairs rooms on outward journey slightly shabby. Child got locked in toilet owing to faulty lock - took 45mins to get him out though staff were extremely concerned. We got the requested side by side three rooms on outward journey but not on return.

convenience enroute to channel tunnel Not complaining - hotel was cheap and cheerful - you get what you pay for but the rooms(2) were both very dusty and shabby - a vacuum cleaner would have been useful on the bedroom carpet !

The hotel provides excellent value for money, significantly cheaper than some of the other budget hotels which have less facilities. Breakfast is very good for the price charged. The rooms are becoming a little tired, but perfectly clean. We often use this hotel, partly because of the very convenient Restaumarche next door. Although this is still shown both on booking.com and other sites provided by the hotel, the restaurant is no longer in operation, which means a drive to restaurants in town.
