good location near Arc de Triomph, comfortable bed, good shower, bathrobe Noisy doors which woke me up, no kettle in room, expensive breakfast (can't comment on quality because didn't have it). I requested to have an extra sheet because I was so warm during the night so I could sleep with sheet only but never got it. Curtains didn't close properly

Perfect location. However, the room is overvalued. We were charged extra 30€ a night for our 9yr child but we didn't require an extra bed. The room was equipped with a suitable sofa. They denied to host us until we pay. Breakfasts are quite poor and expencive. Most of cafes next to the hotel offer much better and cheaper ones.

Location Service - internet connection paid but didin't work well (I have to sing in every 15 minutes) Fitness - very poor - only 3 machines - 1 out of order Spa - only sauna - we have to wait 30 minutes to be ready to use

Clean rooms/common areas, good location-right near Arch de Triomphe. Friendly staff. They dont tell you when you check in that the continental breakfast is not free, it's 17 euro. So you eat their basic breakfast for a small fortune when you could get something better at any cafe for less. When we checked out, they automatically assumed we ate every morning, when in fact several times we didnt. I had to get re-imbursed for the days after I realized that I'd been scammed.

Pls put a big advertisement board of your hotel name so guest easily to reach at oyur hotel!!! WHEN WE REACH AT CHARLES DE GAULLE STATION AND TO FIND HOTEL IT IS ALMOST SPENT FOR AN HOUR DUE TO YOUR HOTEL DID NOT PUT A ADVERTISEMENT BOARD AND IT WAS TOO DARK. ALSO IF YOU CAN PROVIDE WIFI TO ROOM GUEST MORE PERFECT.

All staff were friendly and so helpfully, they did not have any problem with any request. They respond quickly to it. Many times they share alternative solutions to help you out. Probably, suggestion to have two TV's for the suites and change the key to more practical one.

The location is good and the bathroom was new and clean(versus general Paris hotel standarts).But, it is not a 4 star hotel for sure.it says it is fully renovated but it is not.you will suprise when you see the entrance and the front desk.it is totally over rated.i beleive there are more and better options for even 3 star hotels with much lower price around the same location.
