Easy check-in and check out; helpful staff room and facility was very clean. Housekeeping was poor. Didn't clear out some extra trash I had left behind; didn't replenish bathroom supplies on one of the nights.

Bra läge vid shopping och tågstation där även direktbussar till flygplatsen finns. Frukosten var inge vidare och duschen hade ett väldigt litet utrymme.

Отель Niciea очень хорош, находится удобно, до центра идти минут 5 пешком, в округе есть парковки, что радует. Персонал отличный, есть русскоговорящий персонал. До пляжа тоже минут 5.

La situation géographique est trés bien pour des touristes.Belle décoration pour l'ensemble de l'hotel (Chambre, salle des petit déjeuner).le personnel est très serviable et très sympathique. Trés bien pour un 3 étoiles.

La chambre était minuscule: on a tout juste la place de contourner les lits pour accéder à la fenêtre ou à la salle de bains. Celle-ci est encore pire: on ne peut fermer la porte pour pouvoir se brosser les dents en se penchant vers l'évier. Même scénario pour la douche. La chambre située au 1er étage à l'arrière du bâtiment a "vue" (!!) sur une arrière cour d'un bâtiment adjacent; à partir des balcons et des fenêtres de ce même bâtiment, ses occupants ont une vue plongeante sur les chambres de l'hôtel situées à l'arrière; de surcroît les fenêtres de l'hôtel ne sont pas équipées de volet. Le tarif est disproportionné par rapport au niveau des prestations (100 euros la nuit chambre double). Il est enfin inadmissible de trouver sur la table de chevet un exemplaire du nouveau testament.

Je n'ai pas aimé l'odeur dans la salle de bain, le wifi qui ne marchait pas, pas d'eau froide donc impossible de prendre la douche car l'eau était bouillante, enfin le petit déjeuner pour un 3 étoiles laisse vraiment à désirer.

Disponibilité du personnel. Demande d'un lit enfant, mais cassé, donc pas de lit enfant. Un matelat sur le sol. Quartier moyen... Rien à y trouver.

L'hotel si trova in un'ottima posizione, vicino alla stazione ed a due passi dal centro. Il personale è gentile. La stanza doppia era piccolina ma considerando che ci restavamo solo per dormire non ci interessava molto.

This hotel is located close to the train station. The hotel is not in the best part of the city. There was alot of noise. Running above us could be heard easily. Cleanliness was poor. Bathroom smelled of urine as soon as we walked in. Air conditiner did not work well. Beds were cots and one broke. (3 persons/room) I refused to stay another night , that's how bad it was and checked out prior to required time and they made me pay for the other night. Don't stay here!

Tout, pour un 3 étoiles, chambre sale, juste un couvre lit qui sert pour tous les clients ( pas de couverture), deux matelas pour un sommier, des murs ultra fins on entend tous les conversations , la télé..... Le petit dej avec le pain de la veille.... Salle de bain beaucoup trop petite. Ils les ont pêchés où leurs étoiles ???

Die Nähe zum Bahnhof ca. 5 Min. Supermarkt 2 min. zu Fuss. Das Hotel ist sehr schlecht isoliert. Man hört jedes Geräusch. Vom Lift der mit zwei Türen schließt, Gespräche von Nachbarn, Dusche und Klospülung des Nachbarn, etc. In der Nacht wird man von den heimkommenden Gästen ständig geweckt. Das Doppelbett war 140 cm breit. Das Zimmer hatte keine 8 m2 mit Einrichtung. Keine Deutschen Programme. Kein Computer für die Gäste, wie bei Booking.com angegeben. Das Frühstück ist für 8 Euro eine Zumutung.

L'emplacement de l'Hôtel est dans un quartier peu recommandable et mieux vaut laisser sa voiture dans un parking surveillé. l'accueil par du personnel parlant mal le français. la chambre est petite, la literie est différente d'un matelas à l'autre et la climatisation ne fonctionne pas. pour la salle de bain, il n'y a pas d'éclairage sur le miroir, elle est très sombre et étroite et la propreté laisse septique..... je ne vous le conseille pas.

They say WiFi is available for free throughout inside the hotel. But, it does not work. The person at the reception does not even mention about WiFi password/code. You have to ask about it. Now comes the worst part........... The lift is in a pathetic condition. You might opt to take the stairs if you get afraid of taking the lift.
