Hôtel Nord Et Champagne  

It's near two principal train stations and a subway station.

I suffered my stay here. First of all the hotel is not on the nicest area....anything happened to me nor I say anything, but it wasn't comfortable at all. The walk from the subway to the hotel was terrible, a lot of homeless or just weird people asking for money and getting mad if you don't pay attention only to reach your hotel where in the other side of the street people were getting drunk and shouting. This was tolerable since it could just bad luck or timing but what really got me was the pillow (always i check both pillows and mattress for spots of blood or bed bugs poop) the mattress and the sheets were ok but the pillows in the two different rooms i stayed were FULL of tiny blood spots which meant bedbugs!! I didn't used any pillows and left them in the shelf (where weirdly they were at the beginning in both rooms) and i didn't got bedbugs people that's why i can't state there were indeed bedbugs but still.....you've read my proof.

Quite cheep, but still reasonable quality rooms.

Is good location close to the train station Gare de Nord Station

Very well positioned combined with a reasonable price.

What was annoying was the night twinkling lights of the market St. Quenitin next to the hotel.

It]'s close to Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est, and in a vibrant area. The staff are friendly and there's an excellent small family restaurant next door - 'L'Enchotte'. Breakfast is perfectly good and staff are very friendly. If you're happy to be out and about and don't expect to do more than sleep in your room, it's fine.

Paris just seems so expensive for hotels! This one is really basic and about 50% more expensive than you'd pay for a Holiday Inn Express or similar elsewhere. But if you don't have high epxectations, it's fine. Be nice if they could could at least give you wifi for nothing..

Size of room, location, also they would not let me take my key outside the hotel.

The location is good.

The male staff (around 50 years old) is very unfriendly. Do not say hello and give us any support when he saw we have several luggages.He also used his finger to point out the key box to let us guess which key is for our room. We guess the wrong key and the first time and then he pointed again. We are very lucky to choose the correct key at the second trial. The female staff in the morning looked more friendly, at least she smiled and say hello to us. The room is also very small. Luckily we only stayed here one day. We had much better experience in another hotel which also located between Gare de Nord and Gare de l'Est.

We travelled to Paris by Eurostar and the hotel is 5 minutes walk from the station. There are 2 Metro Stations within a few minutes walk. The hotel is what I expected from a city centre hotel - basic amenities but clean and comfortable.Staff were helpful and there was no problem leaving luggage before and after checking in.

the location is good, convenient to go visit the city. the staff is friendly and they helped me change a twin room even though I am alone. it's quiet because the room is inside.

there is no elevator, luckily that I am on the second floor, I just pulled my luggage, it is difficult for the people live higher.

Room was very small and noisy which made it impossible to get some rest.

лучше за эти же деньги позавтракать в соседней кондитерской.
