THE STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFFESIONAL THE POOL WAS EXCELLENT
THE ROOM WAS DIRTY NO REPLACEMENT COFFEE OR WATER BREAKFAST POOR FOR THE COST
Staff were excellent, spoke French and English. Nothing was too much trouble. Walking distance to the trains, shopping centre, taxis, and plenty of restaurants within two blocks of hotel. WiFi worked well, breakfasts at Hotel was good.
Rooms are tiny, so much so we asked for another room. The twin room we had the single beds were touching each other. Staff did their upmost and we did get a bigger room.
location was good, close to subway
bathroom set-up, toilet in seperate room from shower, no outlet in the bathroom
Very convenient with leisure facilities. Easy to find.
Room a bit small, would have been nice to have a kettle or coffee machine like the mercure opposite does. shampoo not renewed daily. Gym was too hot with no air con working.
Shower room, pool, breakfast
Space for clothes, not enough for 2 people.
The speed of Wi-Fi. The cleaning staff...(How polite they were)
The reception desk (How did not were polite.
the pool the hamman No noise, good sleep quality
the breakfast the price of the carpark the price of the drinks at the bar
room too small, one chair for two people, no bath
Hotel was clean, and Hotel desk staff were very helpful.
Rooms and bed were smaller than i expected.
Location was great, only a short walk from exhibition hall. Facilities were good and staff were excellent. Room was lovely.
2pm check in seemed a little late, especially when staying over night due to attending exhibition. We had to take our luggage with us. Cost for the room was in my opinion highly over inflated. Over £300 for one night without breakfast.
Friendly efficient staff Clean room Good bathroom Quiet
No tea/ coffee facilities in room No refill of soap dispenser Rooms a little small
* The shower was very nice and pleasant. * Nice view of the inner garden
* Bed. Way too small in the deluxe room. 1.80x1.40 is not even related to the European height average. * The bathroom wall is in glass and only part of it is dark, so you have no privacy in the bathroom.
This hotel is in a good location for Metro transport.
Immediate impressions were poor with reception staff not very receptive. We were on level 4 and the corridor carpet was stained and the walls damaged along their entire length with wallpaper torn off. Unable to get additional milk supplies for coffee no English speaking staff on duty and even when found di not want to help. Cheap plastic tables & chairs in breakfast room made the area seem like a barn with an echo.
Service is bad Not value for money Small rooms
Style of hotel. Sauna and pool were excellent. Close proximity to tram and metro stations.
Breakfast was to expensive for the average traveller. Parking was an issue
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, it was very comfortable, clean. The staff was very helpful especially Naseem. He helped us to settle down, also gave us good advice of what to see and how to get around.
Shower was great, very clean. Breakfast was great
small room, tiny space. Seemed over priced for what you got
The room was very comfortable, quiet and clean. The staff was kind and helpful on giving informations.
The restaurant has a poor menu for a 4star hotel.
Very new and clean, nice pool and spa. 3Km from Eiffel tower.
Small rooms as all big cities hotels
Small room with no minibar
This hotel is just a hop skip and jump from everything.... well "public transportation". The facilities are great, gym, pool, Hamas, etc. The staff was very accommodating, and tended to everything I asked for.
Close to subway station/bus, with private parking.
This hotel was within a couple of minutes walk of the metro, the tram, and the bus, so just as convenient as a more central hotel. The best asset though is the pool with jacuzzi. After walking all day to see the wonderful sights, relaxing in the jacuzzi is wonderful for reviving tired legs...
The room was very clean and the shower was huge and really made my stay :) Swimming pool was really lovely and me and my boyfriend were the only ones in it and it was so relaxing after a busy day sightseeing.
Bed was a bit small, but because the shower was so big this made up for it a bit! :)
