Très belle prestation de qualité pour cet hôtel. Personnel souriant et toujours disponible. Parcking de l'hôtel difficile à négocier au niveau -1 car virage très serré. Donc attention pour les grandes voitures. |

super friendlyness of staff (was this Paris?) - quality restaurant/bar/fitness/hamam - we uppgraded to the suite at very good rate,super room - the standard room was too small. RER is at 2min walk. standard room is too small |

nice rooms, good breakfast. The receptionist are not so friendly. They make mistake, atleast they must know how to say "sorry". too bad. |

Comfortable and clean room, friendly and helpfull staff, very good breakfast, nice back garden, OK location (close to Metro). Missing a minibar or some kind of refrigerator, to keep drinks cool. Room was quite small, but didn't really matter. |

We really enjoy the facilities, once we were looking for exactly what we've found. The swimminmg pool is something else!!! Wow! A massage to your entire body!!! Wonderful!! We do recomend!!!! Room very good as well! Sauna, jacuzzi, swimming pool, excelent!!! We got surprise about the breakfast! We do expect something better, as 4 stars hotel! |

I liked the position of the hotel, because it is near the Paris fair and it is not far away from the city centar. Breakfast is exellent. I would like to go there again. The water in the swimming pool was cold |

Hotel decent la banii dati pentru Paris, mic dejun foarte bine proportionat, spa convenabil cu orar OK (pina la 11 noaptea) aproape de Metrou dar putin cam departe de centru. A decent Hotel for the money you pay in Paris, excellent breakfast, decent SPA with a nice schedule, Metro station very close but the location is somehow far from center. Nothing in particular, |

The Hammam was nice, though since it is single sex, so inconvenient on Valentines weekend The room was absolutelty tiny. We had to keep some clothes in the car as not enough space in room. Cupboard couldn't open properly as door clashed with bed. No minibar, no tea/coffee, no toiletry replacements, Extortionate bar prices. Small pool. Never a four star hotel. |

Very nice and clean room; delicious breakfast (although we had to que to get the table); late access to the swimming pool; not too far from the city center - metro station nearby. Perfect place to stay!!! Nothing really, but if a suggestion can be made: a kind of "reception" at the swimming pool area would be required to easily get the towel, bath-robe, etc. - we had to ask the bar tender to explain how these things work... |

This is a lovely hotel with loads of facilities and a very extensive breakfast selection They could not find our reservation! They stuffed us for one night in the mercury across the street. Do not accept this, as the mercury is redecorating. I would expect the hotel to come up with a much more fitting solution than letting you pay the full 4 star amount for a lousy 3 star hotel accross the street. Btw: The bed was very small. |

Beautiful hotel, confort, elegance, breakfast WiFi did not work (was out of service), but personel in the hotel was not able to tell me when or if the service would have recovered. So I was obliged to go into another hotel's lobby to connect to the network for urgent tasks. |
