Très belle prestation de qualité pour cet hôtel. Personnel souriant et toujours disponible. Parcking de l'hôtel difficile à négocier au niveau -1 car virage très serré. Donc attention pour les grandes voitures. |

All staff extremely polite and welcoming, exceeded our expectations. Bar & Pool area very relaxing & clean. Room extremely comfortable impressive shower/bathrooms. Breakfast very good. Excellent for Metro and was ideal travelling from rer/metro from cdg Airport. (Would recommend this way if you are on a budget or do not want to pay taxi fee and have small luggage). We would definitely make a point of returning to this hotel on our next visit. Even with the children. Rooms were small and no mini bar but not unexpected for Paris hotels and for the price extremely impressive. Pool robes were not in room as they should have been and still did not get them after requesting them at reception but that is being picky as towels are provided at the poolside anyway. Dont be put off by the distance of hotel into Paris centre. The Metro is excellent way to see Paris and only takes minutes. Treatments could be viewed as rather expensive. |

The pool and bar area were wonderful. The breakfast was delicious. The maid entered our room without knocking. |

A very convenient position for the exhibition centre literally onlt 200 metres from the entrance The spa massage facilities were unaffordably expensive |

I love the breakfast - huge selection. The pool was also very nice, especially after long day o sightseeing. The staff was also nice, especially Nicolas. The hotel is very close to metro station which is a big advantage. The rooms are quite small. |

Very close to the exhibition Halls, great food in the bar & they served me at 11:10 after last orders which was really appreciated. Very friendly bar staff. |

The staff was bilingual and very helpful in suggesting fun areas throughout the city. Standard room was a tad small. For its luxurious atmosphere, the rooms could have been larger. |

Modern and clean. Double windows which made it not noisy. Location is great. Not far from all the city attractions. Only 13 stations by metro from Concorde. More consideration should be paid to cleanliness. |

Friendly staff - the best I have met in a European city hotel, close to exhibition halls and Metro, great coffee, great bathroom Twin room very small - no space to push the beds apart or for chairs. Low level of lighting in the bedrooms and bar area. Only one pillow supplied as standard per bed |

Very good business hotel.Not Paris central but that prevents you from paying overpriced hotels in Paris.Nice breakfast. Some personnel a bit haughty. |

I liked the location, the design and layout of the hotel, the cleanliness, the staff, great spa area and indoor pool, and very yummy and extensive breakfast choices! The cooked food at breakfast was not very nice, but that's me nit-picking! Overall, it's a great hotel! |

For France, the staff were helpful. The Hotel is near a great indoor water park which is a selling point for families. Close to public transport. Great spa. Fairly modern. Small room, no gym equipment, only cardio machines. No Fridge. |

The hotel was very relaxed,in a great area and excellent value for money. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great and the bedrooms were lovely. We will definately be returning! |

Very comfortable stay with very pleasant staff and enjoyed the city of Paris. The location was a little too far away from theh city centre but the hotel staff more than made up for this. |

Great breakfast, but watch the birds when you eat on the terrace. Room very comfortable for one night (slept very well) - might feel cramped if staying longer as not much room to move around. Lovely swimming pool with towels provided, good parking service and very friendly staff. We asked for a twin room and got a double! The room description also included 'terrace', however, there are no room terraces, patios or balconies at this hotel, only the garden terrace for all guests to use.Air conditioning worked very well - if you're not keen on it the duvet was very warm! |

The hotel is new and so are the equipment and the furniture. The design is modern, very nice and leaves a feeling of comfort. Full sound proof rooms! The room is quite tiny, and there was strange noise coming from the airconditioning... |

super friendlyness of staff (was this Paris?) - quality restaurant/bar/fitness/hamam - we uppgraded to the suite at very good rate,super room - the standard room was too small. RER is at 2min walk. standard room is too small |
