Location next to the sanctuary was fantastic.
No kettle for a hot drink.
Location, location, location
Staff had no local knowledge, only recomended restaurants/bars within their own hotel Couldn't help with sourcing a wheelchair
The convenience of the Hotel being so close to the Sanctuary. Although close to tourist shops and cafe's there wasn't any noise.
Like all other Hotels in the area there is limited car parking at the hotel, although there is a car park close by, but at 15 euros a day.
Concierge staff were very helpful and friendly.
There were no coffee/tea making facilities in the rooms.
Location is very strategic Big rooms with spacious bathroom
Wifi password have to be inputed everyday and every time we enter the hotel. And only valid for 1 device Room card often didn't work, so we have to asked for a new one at lobby
tea making facility in room needed
The staff were very accommodating particularly when making arrangements for a very early breakfast for our party and the other hotel guests participating in l'Etape du Tour.
Some of our party had pre-booked parking but found that it was unavailable when we arrived.
the room and bathroom
the restaurant. the service is not so great
My personal pilgrimage tour in this hotel, 3 nights of stay, was very memorable. I stay in the room 624 (twin, 6th floor) and I could see the Lourdes Gates very clearly. Among the Vinuales group in the Lourdes, this hotel is the closest to the Lourdes Sanctuary. The room was very clean, even not too big, but enough for me and very comfortable. Shower and closet are in separate room. Hair dryer, refrig, safety box are available. Staffs were very helpful and explain everythings about the Lourdes. Overall, I highly recommend to stay in this hotel. When I visit to the Lourdes in the future, I will stay in this hotel again.
Floor (from wood) in 624 room little bit noisy, when step on it. Unfortunately no complimentary drink and no beverage in the room.
Staff was excellent. The hotel was cleaned and the location is great!
Hotel is clean with close proximity to the Grotto. Staff is very helpful.
Rooms & showers are small with no washcloth to bathe. Food is expensive. Pat; Silver Spring
Excellent, helpful staff.
Location, staff helpful
Should have coffee maker in the room or kettle. This make us very difficult for us to stay here
In my opinion, it is a 3 stars hotel. No tea/coffee facilities. No shampoo/conditioner . Very tiny for the price
Helpfull staff, free tour of the sanctuary which was excellent. Anne Marie, Sabrina were very helpful. It was very easy making reservations from the USA
Poor wifi connections
Friendly & helpful Staff - Anne- Marie Location
So near the sanctuary! Very convenient. Room is spacious enough for 3 people.
The location and especially the room facilities were excellent
The front desk staff were very good and helpful
No hot water on our last day and no internet for 24 hours
I have enjoyed my stay to the very best. The staff was very friendly and polite.
location lunch and dinner at hotel Saint Sauveur.
I was travelling with my 6 months pregnant wife and chose this hotel based on reviews however the room size was quite average considering it's a 4 star hotel. The information provided by the people at reception was changing from person to person. We were asked to go to the restaurant of Saint Sauveur hotel for food and then later on we found out that Panorama's restaurant had been occupied for a seminar but we were not informed about this at all. The breakfast was pretty average with very minimum option compared to other 3 star hotels (no scrambled eggs at all). On the first day of our stay we asked for a full board option and the receptionist agreed for €44 per person per day. The next day another receptionist advised that the previous person had not given the correct information and charged us €50.8 per person per day. She also informed that this option is only available for customers booking directly with the hotel and not for customers using booking.com. I had been to Lourdes previous 4 times and this is the first time I had so much issues and that too with a 4 star hotel. I wont rate this a 4 star hotel and I would give it a 3 star maximum. Room rate and food charges are very high compared to other hotels and not good value for money.
Was quite convenient for the Grotto of Our Lady Of Lourdes that I had come to visit. Only about 2 to 3 minutes walk.
Choice of food very poor. Did not eat anything that I really enjoyed. There was hardly any choice. Had upset stomach after eating breakfast. No room service available, only available for breakfast. Charges were high for food considering there was not much choice for food. Fire alarm going off twice in the middle of the night due to staff error but guest not getting informed. I would not give this hotel 4 star as 4 star service was not available. Maybe 3 star but for food choice I would give it 2 star. First night was quite cold in the room. There was strange smell coming in the room and I believe it was to do with the heating system.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. They made our stay less confusing by helping us arrange a tour guide (Kate---who was an excellent guide) and confirm our transportation. The location was perfect!
WiFi was a little inconsistent.
I loved the staff. They were absolutely terrific. Also loved the boutique-style decoration; it was very uplifting. The disabled facilities were also exceptional. Thank you panorama!
I didn't like that our door cards repeatedly de-activated themselves! But it seemed as if it was just us- so perhaps we were in some way to blame. Staff were wonderful about it in any event. It provided great amusement anyway!
