room cleanliness i booked the hotel partly because it had received good comments. but completely disatisfied. personnel was completely obnoctious and the worst of it all, the super thin walls and bad doors made it so that you could practically hear people speak in the other room, not to mention every sharper noise than that!!! |

I stayed in Paris with hubby and 2 young children. Hotel was extremely convenient to all major train stations (esp. Gare de Lyon for Disney) and RER. Breakfast was complete and room clean |

It was convenient for the Opera Bastille, which was why I chose it. and there is a range of good value restaurants within easy walking distance. It is also within a few yards of the Metro which makes travelling easy. Sadly, the lift was not working throughout our stay. The alternative spiral staircase is difficult to use, particularly for the elderly and those with restricted mobility. |

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean and cosy and well looked after and the hotel was small enough to feel you were being well looked after. Also, a great location. The rooms were small, but not uncomfortably so. |

Location of Hotel in getting to Gare De Lyon and surrounding restaurants. We found our room a bit small, although maybe because we had requested a baby cot, the hotels options on suitable rooms may have been limited. |

The bathroom was good for a hotel in Paris. The room was nicely and cleanly decorated. The room we've got was extremely noisy. I would recommend asking for a room not in the front street. |

The staff was very helpfull with directions to sights in Paris and maps. I liked the charm of the hotel, it's central location and the space of the family room! Breakfasts were good too! Everything was great - no complaints! Would love to stay there again soon! |
