Ottima posizione, pin pieno centro storico. Appartamento ben attrezzato se si vuole anche fare colazione o mangiare in stanza. Personale disponibile e gentile.

Ho soggiornato in appartamento standard al piano terra dava sulla strada dietro e di notte era un po' rumoroso consiglio quindi appartamento di categoria superiore o cmq al primo piano se possibile.La zona ingresso con bagno separato da una porta non disponeva di riscaldamento, ne finestra ne di aspirazione, sinceramente per 100 euro al giorno questa è una pecca che non mi aspettavo. La soluzione in camere credo sia di livello nettamente superiore ma a mio giudizio troppo caro per soggiornare qualche giorno a Bordeaux.

The bed was amazingly comfortable, the location was really central and convenient. The receptionist spoke perfect English and was very helpful. The kitchenette and bathroom facilities great.

We loved the location and our beautifully-appointed apartment. The room was stunning, as was the rest of l'hotel, including the morning breakfast room. We felt very comfortable here and would definitely stay again.

Amazing location, right in the city centre within walking distance of everything - monuments, museums, shops, restaurants, parks. We stayed in a studio apartment that was exceptionally well equipped, and the staff were more than attentive.

We loved how boutique it was. The whole hotel had a lovely charm to it. The staff were also very lovely and helpful.

This is a small, charming hotel located over several floors in an old building. The room we had was large, well furnished with a very nice, recently redone bath. The location is great.

First, be aware there is no air conditioning which could be a big problem in summer. The windows are double glass and block the considerable noise of the street below but with them open at night the noise would be a serhious problem. Finally there is no restaurant so be prepared to eat out.

The service was personal, friendly and welcoming. The rooms were huge and beautifully decorated. Gret location. They went well beyond the call of duty to help us when our car broke down as well. Can't recommend enough.

Staff were attentive,the accommodation was very spacious with beautiful artwork infact one of the nicest places I have ever stayed in.

The hotel was absolutely charming. It was thoroughly relaxing which is what we needed. The staff were there if we needed them but it felt as though we were the only guests. The suite was charmingly designed with many of the original design features remaining. It was very comfortable and had touches of luxury. A 'little gem' which we will certainly visit again.

This is an amazing place to stay right in the center of Bordeaux, with the Trams passing the entrance. Very comfortable beds, excellent shower and a small kitchenette. Outside seats in courtyard, very helpful and friendly staff, delicious breakfast, very highly recommended.

In the middle of town but very quiet retreat. Staff happy to help in any way. Great breakfast.

Apartment was very clean and comfortable with everything you could possibly need. Right in the centre of town so very convenient for siteseeing,restaurant,cafe's and shops.

Excellent bed and room other than the lack of a shower.

No Shower other than hand-held standing in a bath. Not enjoyable nor effective.

Staff nice

Room not dark enough at night, wifi kept dropping out and no hot water at night.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, with excellent English. The location of the hotel is very good, just two minutes' walk from the tram station. The room decor was unusual but very comfortable and it was nice to have a kitchenette. I would happily stay here again.

The Internet was very unreliable. Connecting to it required entering a lot of personal information, and the connection often went down, sometimes for long periods of time.

Plenty of room

Noise from back street, drunks singing and kicking bins from 1am till 4ish then refuse collection.

Great location- rooms great. Studio was perfect. Tram stop outside hotel. Very quiet in hotel - no problem sleeping. Staff very helpful - spoke good English.
