I liked the location. The front desk person was helpful. I got a good price for my room. The cleaning staff was very unpleasant; When I got to my room on the second floor #108 which was shaby but clean, I kept hearing some water dripping. Sure enough there was a leak near the toilet. The maid had tried to muffle the sound buy putting a towel inside a waste basket underneath the pipe: There was already a lot of water on the floor: I notified the front desk guy who was not aware of the situation and when the maid came in she had the gall to tell ,me that it was not a big deal and that since I was staying only one day I should deal with it. I speak French so I told her that it was not her business to tell me what to do: I promptly called the front desk; moved out of the room and got another room #408 without having to make much of a fuss. The rooms are shaby and small, the carpet should be changed; the elevator is tiny but it is what one should expect in Paris if one does not want to pay an arm and a leg.

The staff was very friendly and almost everyone spoke english well. Great location close to the metro and near markets and good restaurants. Breakfast was not complimentary. It cost 10 euros per person per breakfast which is too expensive for the what was provided. There is no fitness facility at this hotel.

The staff were very friendly and the bed was very comfy! The icing on the cake was that they had soya milk for me (as I don't take dairy). The room was at the front of the hotel and noise from the streets carried a bit.

This hotel is very good situated, with friendly staff, clean rooms and good enough bathroom. I didn`t got a breakfast but I saw it was on a bufet and it was good as it seems so. I recommend it for sure and if I go back to Paris again I`ll stay there! Everything was good!

Room 108 was small, but clean and comfortable with a good bed and a spacious bathroom (bath/shower combination). We got (big) clean towels every day. They provided us with a firm babycot and blanket. We used the minibar to store babyfood. Elevator was small (babybuggy did not fit inside), and the breakfast for €10,- pp, seemed a bit pricy to us.

Good choices at breakfast. Rooms were surprisingly quiet for the location. Staff were not particularly responsive to requests for assistance or information. Dislike that we had to pay in full immediately upon booking. Offsite parking was expansive, but probably par for the course in Paris. Air-conditioning was noisy at night.

Central location, close to city, metro and cafes. On arrival offered a choice of threes rooms on different floors. On several occasions staff were asked for the location of a self service launderette . On each occasion a differing reply was received and in the end we gave up.

Walkable distance from several premium tourist sites. Rooms are adequate, no-frills, clean. We stayed on 5th floor. No noise from neighbors in the hotel. Street noise is fairly high. The internet router did not work on 5th floor. When I brought up the issue, proprietor denied a problem.

The breakfast was good (buffet) and the room was clean. The security of the hotel, either in the entrance or the room was above the average. The bathroom was very large, almost as large as the room. The wifi connection was fast. The staff was helpful and was speaking English as well. The hotel is next to a metro station and just a quarter from the monuments of the center. The room was extremely small; even for one person. A sudden power cut burned my laptop charger (the morning of Tuesday, May 10, around 10:30-12). The environment in the room makes it rather unpleasant for vacation.

The location of the hotel. Claustrophobic and tiny lift. The alternative of using the narrow and unstable stairs - which I opted for - was quite harrowing.
