Excellent location, near Republique and very close to metro station. Good price for Paris standards. Friendly staff. Only comment: no wifi coverage, at least on the 5ht floor where my room was located

The rooms are relatively big in size, clean and comfortable. The bathroom is pretty big. It is a bit far from the center of actions.

I liked the location. The front desk person was helpful. I got a good price for my room. The cleaning staff was very unpleasant; When I got to my room on the second floor #108 which was shaby but clean, I kept hearing some water dripping. Sure enough there was a leak near the toilet. The maid had tried to muffle the sound buy putting a towel inside a waste basket underneath the pipe: There was already a lot of water on the floor: I notified the front desk guy who was not aware of the situation and when the maid came in she had the gall to tell ,me that it was not a big deal and that since I was staying only one day I should deal with it. I speak French so I told her that it was not her business to tell me what to do: I promptly called the front desk; moved out of the room and got another room #408 without having to make much of a fuss. The rooms are shaby and small, the carpet should be changed; the elevator is tiny but it is what one should expect in Paris if one does not want to pay an arm and a leg.

The breakfast was good (buffet) and the room was clean. The security of the hotel, either in the entrance or the room was above the average. The bathroom was very large, almost as large as the room. The wifi connection was fast. The staff was helpful and was speaking English as well. The hotel is next to a metro station and just a quarter from the monuments of the center. The room was extremely small; even for one person. A sudden power cut burned my laptop charger (the morning of Tuesday, May 10, around 10:30-12). The environment in the room makes it rather unpleasant for vacation.

The rooms are cleaned! 1. There is not enough connection to plug in (1 in a room to share by four). / 2. Staff not well prepared to give information about the city in general (one guy got the hotel map and hadn't a clue where were we). 3. Really small lift which cannot even fit one and the luggage. 4. The internet services is useless (I had to call to the reception several times in order to reconnect and even though the signal was dreadful).

This hotel is very good situated, with friendly staff, clean rooms and good enough bathroom. I didn`t got a breakfast but I saw it was on a bufet and it was good as it seems so. I recommend it for sure and if I go back to Paris again I`ll stay there! Everything was good!

Room 108 was small, but clean and comfortable with a good bed and a spacious bathroom (bath/shower combination). We got (big) clean towels every day. They provided us with a firm babycot and blanket. We used the minibar to store babyfood. Elevator was small (babybuggy did not fit inside), and the breakfast for €10,- pp, seemed a bit pricy to us.

We could walk to sites like centre Pompidou or galaries de Lafayette. Also the metro was very close by. The beds were well and it seemed clean. Rooms were a bit small and the shower and elevator were not suited for big people

We like the location of the hotel. It is easily accesible to Metro station, supermarket and we like most is, there is a Chinese restarant nearby and the price is resonable. We don't like about the hotel is, hot water is not availble anytime unless you pay. With small kids, it is very inconvenient. Lift is too small for big luggages.

Friendly staff. Convenient location. The hotel has obviously seen better times. The rooms were old and smelled a bit damp. The bed and other furniture were worn out, although we slept comfortably. Our main concern was the cleanliness of the rooms, or rather the lack of it. The floor carpet and the curtains were a bIt greasy and the window definitely wasn't cleaned in a long time.

Good choices at breakfast. Rooms were surprisingly quiet for the location. Staff were not particularly responsive to requests for assistance or information. Dislike that we had to pay in full immediately upon booking. Offsite parking was expansive, but probably par for the course in Paris. Air-conditioning was noisy at night.

Central location, close to city, metro and cafes. On arrival offered a choice of threes rooms on different floors. On several occasions staff were asked for the location of a self service launderette . On each occasion a differing reply was received and in the end we gave up.

Walkable distance from several premium tourist sites. Rooms are adequate, no-frills, clean. We stayed on 5th floor. No noise from neighbors in the hotel. Street noise is fairly high. The internet router did not work on 5th floor. When I brought up the issue, proprietor denied a problem.
