Location was ok. Rooms were clean and good size

staff was not very friendly.

Bathroom and shower were excellent. Sheets and bedding were very clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly

Room needed painted and the elevator was the smallest I have ever seen. Was not big enough for two persons and their luggage

Very friendly staff, nice and orderly hotel, comfortable bathroom, friendly atmosphere. Excellently situated (walking distance from Centre Pompidou).

The hotel staff was very friendly.

Too noisy. The bathroom door was difficult to close and extraction fan in bathroom did not work. Bedroom was very small but as we only spent one night there it was ok.

Very friendly staff, close to the metro, felt safe, and price was good.

Views outside the hotel weren't that great and it wasn't exactly near any attractions, but easy to metro.

Nothing, I sort of knew what to expect by researching the hotel before booking.

The place is super close to metro station: "strasbourg st denis". Mini fridge is included. We used it to store groceries. It's a no frills hotel. Nothing extra but everything you need is there. Service was simple and kind.

the bathroom was clean, well prepared and very adequate, the breakfast was quite good for France. Bedroom furniture could do with a new paint job, but having said that, the furniture was really clever in its design.

although the lift is very small, it is no big deal.

We stayed 2 nights here for visiting Paris, this hotel looks like an ordinary hotel. The facility and service did not suit even for 1 star hotel, and it's even more unbelievable when they put it as 3 stars hotel!! The room is not the same condition as what we saw on the internet. They don't provide a welcoming mineral water in the room. The worst is the staff that we deal with at night, we didn't find the tv remote inside the room and when we asked him, he talked like we are not their guests, very unprofessional! He asked us to take by ourself in reception, and got a very bad conversation there. I don't recommend this hotel, there are many hotels which is better with the same price.

The bathroom and the bedroom were clean and well located. The breakfast was fine with a nice selection.

The room looks very much like university accommodation and it is a bit expensive for what it is.

The staff was great. They always helped me, including one man (can't remember name) who actually came from the desk to show me where a computer- user place was down the street. They were friendly & told me they were sorry I was leaving because they enjoyed me.

Only one kinda little thing. The information sheet said that the breakfast was open until 11:30 am on the weekend. I was running late one day and showed up at 11:15. The lady told me they closed at 11. I can understand not staying open the additional 30 minutes, but they need to tell you.

Great staff, English spoken, tiny but beautiful bathroom, AMAZING LOCATION, close to Port St. Denis and Strasbourg-St.Denis metro station, many restaurants and supermarkets. Silent room!

Tiny room, not beautiful at all, but if you´re going to use the hotel to sleep only, go for it! The room I stayed at needs a little "makeover", but everything was working as supposed (heater, hot water, safe, fridge, phone, etc.) and clean.

The good points about this hotel are its location (near the subway station) and the friendly attitude of the reception staff. The beds are quite comfortable.

The breakfast is too simple and not cost-effective. The hotel is a bit worn-out and is in need of refurbishment. Also, the lift is too small. The wi-fi, though cheap at 2 euros per 24 hours, is very slow especially during night time.

I did not like so much due to I was not satisfied that services

The room was clean and tidy and comfortable. Nothing fancy but adequate for our needs.

There was no parking on site and we had a fair walk struggling with our suitcases along the road. There was no tea or coffee making facility in the room,just a coffee machine in the foyer which was coin operated.

The location was excellent, very handy for the metro system and the George Pompidou centre.

The rooms were small, furniture within the rooms was at best ok but very tired. Also, the bathroom, whilst being a good size, was in need of a overhaul with cracked/chipped tiles, missing grout and just generally gave a feel of not being very clean.

very safe and easy to find

Staff on the front reception were very friendly and were very helpful when requiring taxis, information, etc. The lift is small but quite manageable. At least there IS a lift! Rooms were a good size and although furniture was outdated they are in the middle of a refurbishment. Great sized bathroom. Also convenient to a Metro station linked to a number of the main Lines but also within walking distance to a number of sights. Best hotel we have stayed in so far in Paris, for the price.

During the refurbishment there is quite a lot of noise from the workmen. At least they didn't start until after 9 in the morning.

When we got there, the floor of the room was not clean. Internet did not function during our entire stay (3 nights). They admitted it was a router problem.

I liked the room, the comfortable bed and the clean, modern bathroom and the fact that all the staff were friendly and helpful.

Tiny lift but at least there was one!
