Hôtel Prince  

The hotel is really close to the Eiffel Tower, with some nice bistros nearby and in a nice neighborhood that feels safe at night. The hotel is really clean and all newly redone.

Cheap and Cheerful hotel. Excellent location just 5 mins from Eiffel Tower. Staff very friendly.

Perfect for its price. Situated near the Eiffel Tower in very nice area - you can walk by feet to all most popular sights. Very close to metro station and super-market, there are a lot of shops (bakery, cheese shop etc) and cafes in this area. Room was very clean and renovated not long ago. Very friendly and English speaking staff.

The location of this hotel was excellent. Less than a minute away from the metro station and about 10 to 15 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower. The front desk staff were friendly. Another perk was the FREE wi-fi with good connection. The room was decent and clean. Not like your typical mainstream American hotel such as the Hyatt, Hilton, etc. but has the basic necessities.

The bathroom was decently clean, but there was no shower curtain which made it difficult to shower without getting water all over the floor. The toilet could have been cleaner - it seemed like they don't really use any kind of cleaner/bleach when cleaning it.

I loved the location, it is very accessible to metro stations and easy walking distance to Eiffel tower, the river cruises, Musee d'orsay and many other major attractions. The cityscape is very attractive, the avenue is lit up and there are many cares to choose from. The room was comfortable, clean and all that I wanted as there is so much to do I did nothing except sleep well each night there. It was authentically Parissienne which I loved about it. The front desk staff especially Homanas (not exactly his name, but close) was very helpful, printing vouchers for me. Many thanks for that.

There could have been more info like practicalities that are available in the area, for example, a taxi rank, post box, laundromat, ATM.

Excellent location,good value for money,friendly staff

Only complaint was I asked for non-smoking room and there was a terrible smell ,of smoke in the room,opened window but could have used some air freshener and opened the window before we got there

Ten minute walk to the effiel tower, walking distance to metro and small grocery store. Staff was helpful and willing to answer any and all Q's in english a rare finding in France where English speaking tourist are treated like sh!T. No issues leaving our belongings in room. And bathroom was nice and clean.

Hotel required you to leave room key whenever you leave and pick back up when you arrive. Hotel walls were so thin that everything spoken or done could be heared for example phone conversions, flushing of toilets, and walking. Hotel rug has not been clean since installed in the 70'S. Aside from what stated above all was great. Great hotel for hippies and backpackers !!! Queen size bed means two single beds put together. Recommend for backpackers and hippies.

Very near to Eiffel Tower. The hotel staff was very helpful. Provided us good guidance on tourist places. Also provided hot water for my small baby upon request.

Great location. A 5 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. Just across the street there's a metro station.

The bathroom was a little small.

Ease of access to public transport, Helpful concierge with useful tips for the traveller not familiar with Paris. Very clean rooms. Generous with daily top up of soap, shampoo/conditioner. Free wifi in rooms

Combined toilet/shower room is very compact but the other positives outweigh this minor issue.

Hotel staff was great and the location is the best, few minutes from the eiffel tower and metro station.

The location was great. Close to simply everything in Paris.
