The hotel is located at the center, walking distance from the beach the city activities and shops. Very nice hotel with very nice personnel, very nice prices!!! The rooms are not too big but quite enough - common this is Juan Les Pins..you will not stay all day in the hotel:):)! I highly recommend it and in case of need, I would stay again in the same hotel.We are with great impressions! Thanks booking.com and Thanks Hotel La Residence!

Very charming and a great location for getting around town. A little noisy at night from the bar across the street, but it really didn't bother us. Light sleepers might find it a problem.

Close to the Railway Station and beach. Maybe ordinry people just don't come to Juan-les-Pins to sleep at all, since our room neighbours thought it was natural to speak loud in the corridor and open-shut-open-shut the doors with a bang. Opposite of our room was a popular bar where people came to street to party.

The staff are very polite. The wifi works very well. The rooms on the first floor are wide open. It is not appropriate if you want to stay comfortable. The towels are very old.

The rooms were clean. Great water pressure in the shower, but no shower curtain and shower nozzle had to be hand held. Room was very noisy due to very thin walls. Bed was very hard. Staff were not very helpful (eg. Didn't know were the Bus to Eze left from). Man at reception didn't speak English (but fair enough we are in France right?)

A great little hotel with happy smiling staff and the best I have found in the area in the 40 euro region. (I didn't even know there was a 40 euro region until I found this place!) Parking was a problem and must be a nightmare in summer.No English language TV but the WiFi was free and plenty fast enough to stream news channels or You Tube. I will stay there again. You will not find a better place to crash for the price.

Le bruit venant du bar situé sur le trottoir d'en face il est très difficile de s'endormir avant 2 h du matin !!! un peu gênant si on vient en vacances pour se reposer.

La posizione dell'hotel è ottima rispetto alle spiagge ed al centro del paese. A 10m c'è un parcheggio dove abbiamo sempre trovato posto ( a Pasqua, in estate credo sia più difficile). Il personale, molto gentile, parlava un italiano sufficientemente buono. Il Wi-Fi è gratuito e funziona bene. Camere abbastanza pulite e silenziose. La camera era spartana e male arredata. Le (scarse) prese di corrente avevano un attacco incompatibie. Impossibile ricaricare anche un cellulare. In tutto il piano persisteva un forte odore di vernice o disinfettante. Il bagno (naturalmente privo di bidè) era fatiscente: il gancio della doccia era rotto così come un'anta del box. Trattandosi di un 2 Stelle ci si accontenta.

Idéalement situé ; proche des plages. La qualité de l'accueil permet de s'approprier immédiatement l'endroit. La chambre est confortable, décorée avec goût, elle nous enveloppe de son caractère chaleureux et unique. Tout est réuni pour passer une bonne nuit de sommeil, à un prix très intéressant. Nous recommandons cet hôtel de la Côte d' Azur et nous y reviendrons sans hésitation.

Location magnifica per la vicinanza al mare, per la centralità del paese e per le visite alle citta vicine Antibes-Cannes-Nizaa ectOttimo la qualità/prezzo anche se forse indicata per una clientela giovane. Lunico neo,Stanza leggermente piccola (forse ne avranno più grandi)e il letto un po corto.
