The location is ideal for a city trip, just a 10 minute walk to the centre. Staff were very helpful. For a one night stop-over with a brief look round the sights the hotel was perfect. |

Good value for money for overnight stay after long trip from the other side of France. Gracious hostess who spoke English & offered a taste of the local wine. Secure car parking a bonus. |

The size and comfort of the room was good for a two star establishment. The bathroom was large and the facilities in the bathroom were new. The outside of the hotel could do with a make over, our hearts sank when we turned the corner and saw the sign for the hotel. However once inside we began to relax. |

I booked the wrong date and showed up a day late and they made no fuss about it. It's quite close to the cathedral, just outside the old town centre. The bathroom was very, very basic. |

The room was decent and the location of the hotel is great. Easy entry system with a code for after hours. Shower was good (bathroom very small) and linen seemed very clean. The carpet is very worn in the hallways and the bed was a little soft for my personal preference. But I wasn't expecting a luxury hotel either. |

The room, a suite for five, was excellent. Newly decorated, it was clean and comfortable, and had air conditioning. We would have taken more breakfasts if they were cheaper, or in a fixed price deal, and would have appreciated a bigger lift and air conditioning throughout. |

The staff were extremely helpful and were on site consistanly. The location of the hotel was handy for everything and was only 10 minutes walk from the train station.Great hotel to base yourself for trips to nearby cities as well.Never ate in the hotel but never had a bad meal in Narbonne. |

Very friendly staff. Room was comfortable, quiet and had air-conditioning. Bathroom had been recently redecorated. Breakfast was reasonably priced and plentiful. Good value for money. |

La situación es buena, la habitación confortable. Supongo que estan haciendo reformas y no funcionaba un foco del baño, la moqueta de la escalera estaba muy gastada, la limpieza en la ducha podia mejorarse (los rincones). La relación calidad/ precio en cuanto al desayuno era baja. |

Es un hotel que ya conocía, y me parecía correcto. Esta vez estuve en la parte reformada y por lo tanto nueva del hotel, y por tanto considero que tiene una muy buena relación calidad/precio y que su ubicación es buena para conocer la ciudad, salir a cenar aunque llegues tarde..etc El ascensor sólo tiene capacidad para dos perspnas. |
