Hôtel Richelieu

Vond het een redelijk hotel. Receptionist was heel aardig en behulpzaam.Ik had een kamer aan de straatkant. Veel last van het verkeer wat al vroeg in de morgen lawaai veroorzaakte.

Leuk gelegen hotel, met mooie kamer. Ook de hal en de ontbijtzaal waren zeer mooi. Heel leuke man achter de receptie. Het ontbijt was heel vers en lekker.

The hotel location is good, just 6-7 minutes walking distance from the beach and seaside promenade. Old City is located at the same distance. Hotel staff was helpful and polite. Elevator was in working condition.

Hotel breakfast consisted of small portion of coffee or tea and unusually big portion of different breads (croissan, white roll and white toast bread) supported by small peece of butter. No ham, cheese or egg at all. No fruit as weel. Rooms have no noise protection. You can hear your neighbours like they are moving in your room. Shower curtain was very embarrassant and sticking to the body while moving. Very strange location of room mirror - just in front of toilet semi-transparent glass door. No cover on the floor. Just few TV channels are available, mostly of Italian language.

The owner was courteous and helpful. The hotel was within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go, and was comfortable and convenient.

Tea/coffee-making facilities in the room would have been welcome.

no airconditioning, no refridgerator in room, breakfast inadequate, cleaning poor, noisy as window had to be left open,

Very pleasant staff.

Seagulls and dustbin lorry were quite noisy. No AC so needed to keep the windows open.

the room was very clean, the bed confortable. His position was excelent, near the sea and the old town center.

Very kind personnel on reception. They helped park a car (difficult in the area and front of the hotel), showing very near by & easy to locate parking house. Taking care of you asking everything ok and showing a good customer service.

Maybe some improvements for breakfast .. Bread is fresh like Croissant but needs some stuff more ..

The staff was friendly and when asked a staff member was willing to serve us coffee separate from the Continental breakfast. We also like the proximity to shopping, the train station and the beach.

There was no lobby or lounge area to sit outside our room.

My room was at the end of the corridor and I was awaken by the staff couple times during my stay. I was a little cold. I wish the heater was stronger.

Maybe it would be better to have a little more abundant breakfast for 6 euros.

Je regrette un acceuil très basique, avec une demande de règlement avant même de voir la chambre ! pire le lendemain au moment de rendre les clés où une dame m' a tendu la main dans le couloir pour reprendre les clés sans même répondre à mes salutations. La salle de bains dégageait une forte odeur de remontée d'égouts ! la chambre aurait pu être agréable sans une fenètre donnait sur une cour où étaient stocquées des poubelles.J'ai rarement rencontré un accueil aussi indifférent..le parking annoncé est public, assez loin de l'hotel.
