Clean, silent and very good location
This hotel is very central, within 25mins walk from the main attractions like the Eiffel tower and champs elysees. Despite being small, the room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet and I had no problem sleeping at night. There were three receptionists who did shift work during our stay, two of which had excellent English and were very helpful.
Location. Staff were friendly and spoke English. Not completely unclean.
Tiny room. Tiny bathroom. Shower was way too small to use. This is not a three star hotel and would struggle to make two stars. Third world living conditions for sure.
Good location and not too noisy
Very cramped room with baked bean can shower and none too clean towels
Very clean, staff very polite with good English as I don't speak much French, 5 minutes walk (if that) from cadet metro, bars & bistros within a minute or two.
My parents were bitten severely by bedbugs at this hotel. Now they're back in their country and are undergoing dermatological treatment. What was even worse was how this hotel staffs (including the one who seemed like the manager) tried to deny their responsibility. Of course there is a chance that it might not be from their hotel rooms but they did absolutely nothing to comfort my parents and just kept denying that it was their fault. This lack of professionalism was a big disappointment for our last destination.
The room was nice, very quiet with a balcony on the street. The bathroom was small but well equiped. Absolutey no problem with the shower pressure and I was at the 5th floor. The staff was really kind and friendly. Perfect location.
The safe deposit was not working. Same thing for the fan but hopefullly the temperature in the room was ok.
The room was quite cosy and clair. The view from the window - great. Typical French hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly. Very close to the metro.
The smell from the toilet( old canalisation). However, when the door is closed and the window is opened, the smell vanishes. No wifi.
Excellent location, comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff, good value
Close to three different metro lines. Very friendly & helpful staff. Clean & comfortable room. Loads of restaurants, bars & supermarkets nearby.
Restaurant next door noisy, till late, on Friday night, but heh, it's Paris - go out yourself
Location was good , within walking distance to several attractions and La Fayette shopping center ,free parking near by on weekend, good size bathroom , no problems with hot water , quite room even with opened windows at night
The room was small on the attick floor , though we requested quite room , probably it was the most quite room in the hotel , if you plan only to sleep in the hotel then that's fine , otherwise no pleasure to stay there , overpriced
Cleanliness, small rooms, bad bed, smell
Location and a lift. Close to two metros and heaps of eating possibilities in close proximity
Rooms a bit small
The location in Paris was good
Some of the staff were not nice. It was very noisy (have stayed in Paris elsewhere and it was not nearly as noisy) the shower was not in great condition and didn't look very clean. Definitely wouldn't say it was 3 star
The room is too small.
It had no endearing qualities.
We arrived late so had no choice in changing our room. The room was in the attic, so only had 1 meter walking area, as the rest was eaves. Couldn't stand up from bed, had to roll onto the floor. The decoration of the room was very dated, in a slate blue textured paint, with brush effects. The spare pillows had come away at the stitching, one of the light fittings was loose. Outside the room it smelt strongly of Asian spices. The front window showed a price list from 2012, slightly blocked from view by the dusty plastic flowers. The wifi for the weekend we stayed was €10, but if I used it, my partner got logged out of it. Also, some sites like Twitter had been blocked. It reminded me of being 17 in my first bedsit.
No Flexibility of Service Mind, No wi-fi and Need to pay to get it.
plain room, price
Friendly staff willing to help. 10 min walking distance to Louvre.
WiFi is not free of charge. Bad sound isolation between rooms.
