The hotel room was large and had a lovely view of the sea. It was comfortable and clean. I'd recommend is only the reception staff were rude when I was checking out. Reception staff were rude checking out. |

Wonderful location with sea views to the front and the mountains to the rear. Great for access to the sea. Good location for travel to both Monti Carlo and to the Italian border towns. The breakfasts were expensive for a basic continental,and it would be better to roll the price into the cost to stay per night, but otherwise everything was fine. |

The hotel has a great landscaped front yard which gives a great buffer to the main road , Rooms with small balconies are great. |

The general ambiance, position, size of room and cleanliness. Also the garden. There were 2 negative points. The reception staff were generally unhelpful, even to the point of being rude. They did not seem to appreciate that they are there to help! Also, each day it was not possible to make a reservation in the restaurant or to find out if there was space until it opened each evening. In this point the reception staff were especially unhelpful. |

Spaciousness of public rooms. Excellent location. Loud music in afternoon and at night from cabaret. Unfriendly staff at front desk. My stay was terminated due to booking mix-up. I had to pack up and move down to the Balmoral. Floe on front desk is very friendly and speaks good English. |

Uitstekende ligging in het hart van Menton. 'Engelse' herenhuis uitstraling. Betaal iets meer en neem een kamer met zeezicht! Hotel heeft geen parkeergelegenheid. Langs de weg en in haven max. 3 uur. Wel parkeergarage in de buurt. |

Hotel aus der Belle Epoche-Zeit mit schönem Garten, neu restauriert, tolles Frühstück, Hotel mit schönem Ambiente an Strandpromende sehr zentral gelegen Hotel neu restauriert, aber im Bad wurden die alten Amaturen verwendet; ist sehr schade! Leider hat das Hotel auch keinen Pool. |

Ligging van het hotel in het centrum van de stad is een pluspunt. Mooie rustige tuin waar het aangenaam verblijven is. Attent personeel zonder opdringerig te zijn. Het hotel heeft geen eigen parkeergelegenheid. Parkeren in de omgeving is moeilijk (weinig plaats, maximale parkeerduur) en kostbaar. |

Excellente situation par rapport a la plage et au centre ville .Hoyel tres spacieux et confortable . Le personnel devrait faire un effort d'amabilité envers les clients .pourquoi le bar ferme -t-il à 10h30 ?? c'est vraiment tres tot quand on est en vacances !!! |

La chambre réservée étaitt, en fait, une chambre "standing" déclassée, cad de classe supérieure (supplément de 14 € habituellement). Chambre vaste avec coin salon, deux fenêtres avec vue ouverte sur la plage et la mer. Centre ville. Petit déjeuner classique mais soigné. Pas de parking privé mais accès privilégié à parking public proche. Etablissement de la chaîne Vacances Bleues qui s'ouvre à la clientèle extérieure à celle des Caisses de retraites propriétaires. Clientèle de retraités majoritaireet apparemment pensionnaires (ambiance). |

Buono il ristorante interno all'hotel. parcheggio non facilmente disponibile, anche se in convenzione con silos nelle immediate vicinanze. |
