Room was clean and location was quiet. The reception is always closed. You have to go to the restaurant for assistance. |

This hotel needed some repairs and updates. The price was good. No air conditioning. There was no one at the front desk when we checked out in the morning. The carpeting in the lobby was frayed and had holes. Furniture was very old and worn. |

There is no proper reception. Keys must be found at the restaurant near the hotel. The map is definetely wrong: the hotel is not in Mont Saint-Michel, but 2 km far away. Room did not looked really good. |

The cleanliness of the room. The hotel is not located in the Mont Saint-Michel, but 2 km far from from it. Besides, the reception is not in the hotel, but in a restaurant nearby. |

Accueil agréable le soir de notre arrivée avec des directiv es pour pouvoir manger auxalentours vue l'heure tardive de notre arrviée.Et au matin, une bonne connexion avec la personne se s'occupant du petit déjeuner.La^proximité du Mont SaintèMichel (4 ms). |

Das Zimmer, wie auch das Hotel macht keinen guten Eindruck. Alles ist ziemlich abgewohnt. Das Frühstück für 7 Euro pro Person ist nicht zu empfehlen. |

Lo único interesante la proximidad al Mont Sant Michel, pero hay muchos hoteles más alrededor con aparentemente mejor relación calidad precio. Dificil resumirlo todo; Empecemos por decir que no hay recepción esta en un restaurante a 200 m. en otro edificio. Habitaciónes e instalaciones obsoletas, nada que ver con las fotos de la página. Falta limpieza. Instalaciones deterioradas y sin reparar (pomo de la puerta de entrada a la habitación). Durante la noche visita de algún insecto...sigo??? |

Чистый номер, уютный, достаточно просторный. Хорошее расположение - рядом много ресторанов, магазин с сувенирами, достаточно недалеко от Мон-Сан-Мишель (находится у начала дамбы, нужно пройти 2км до аббатства), за такую цену ближе не найти. Тихо, можно останавливаться с детьми. На ресепшене никогда никого нет-девочка находится все время в ресторане поблизости.Но объявления о том, где ее искать, нигде нет, все ходят и спрашивают "а где же персонал".Ночью (после 12 часов) не было горячей воды.Утром в нашем номере что-то произошло со светом-розетки не работали, света не было. Электрик ничего сделать не мог, на ресепшене сказали, что ничем не могут помочь. Когда я попросила сменить номер, чтобы можно было помыться и собраться (мне надо было через 1 час уезжать), сказали, что они ничем помочь не могут. Деньги тоже вернуть отказались. Девочка по-английски практически не говорит или делает вид, хотя написано, что она владеет английским языком. Если у вас в номере таких проблем не возникнет, то отель неплохой. |

Confort du lit, décor de la chambre, cadre, proximité avec le Mont St Michel. Salle de bain avec moisissures, porte salle de bain qui ne fermait pas, porte d'entrée extrêment dure à fermer, chambre très très mal insonorisée, manque de personnel, serviettes de bain sales, mégots cigarettes sur le rebord de la fenêtre...Resto plus que moyen avec en prime une mouche morte en guise d'apéro sur la table ! |

予約されているお客さんがすべて到着したせいか、８時前にはレセプションは閉まってしまいました。翌朝もレ- セプションはしまったままで誰もいません。鍵はそこにおいておくだけでチェックアウトすることになっていま- す。出入りは鍵があるので誰もいなくても問題ないですし、料金先払いなのでそれも問題ありませんが、何か用- 事などがある場合はまったく対応できないのではないかと感じます。 |

De locatie vlakbij de mont saint michel is geweldig, maar de service nihil. Inchecken in het restaurant. Prijs kwaliteit in het restaurant slecht. Bediening arrogant. |

Le complexe restaurant la Bergerie et l'hotel Saint Auber forment un ensemble coherent. Mise à part que la reception de l'hotel est au ... restaurant.Cette particularité mériterait d'ètre précisée.L'hotel est à la hauteur de sa classification , le restaurant supporte aisement la comparaison avec la concurence voisi,ne. Le personnel de reception de cet hotel n'existe pas , ce n'est pas pénalisant , il faut deviner que la reception est au .... restaurant ! |
