I liked the attitude of the staff, they made us feel very special. It was like home away from home. The place is so cozy and the loction is great. There is nothing I didnt like, I liked everything.

The very welcoming way in which we were dealt with on arrival by the receptionist. Very low, poor quality twin beds

The hotel was adequate for our short stay (2 Nights) carparking was convenient to have on site. The Hotel decor is a little dated but the rates reflect this. Windows and rooms which face the river and street below are noisier than the rooms at the rear or side. We were a group of 5 and needed two rooms.

This is a family run hotel that caters extremely well to the Pilgrim. The hotel is comfortable and extremely clean, river view and walking distance to the Grotto, nice quiet location but definitely not isolated, Christine the owner is very much a hands on person making sure that all your needs are met while her husband George is busy preparing excellent French and International cuisine with excellent local produce. Would most definitely choose this hotel again! If I were to be extremely critical then it would be the tiny elevator but most days I used the stairs anyways.

Accueil de qualité par un personnel souriant. L'épaisseur des portes et le système de fermeture qui nécessite de les "claquer" pour réussir à les fermer lorsque l'on sort de la chambre.
