The best part of this hotel was the staff. From the moment of arrival and throughout the many days of our stay they were always glad to help us with any request and they were always very kind to us. The owners were also there and were really happy to attend to our needs. The location was also really good, within walking distance to the sanctuaries, shops, and restaurants. The view from the room was nice (we had a view of the river, although I'm not sure that all the rooms would have this). The room was also bright and comfortable and the bathroom was neat and modern. I think the breakfast buffet would have been a better value for the money if they had added some fruit, or some cheese and ham for the croissants (rather than just butter or jelly). It was a basic breakfast. I must say though that it was convenient to have the option of doing something quick right from the hotel if needed. |

Upon arrival at Tarbes airport no taxis were available to take us to Lourdes, approx 20 minutes away. I phoned hotel and they arranged for a taxi to come and pick us up.Hotel staff were very friendly and spoke excellent english. Room was very nice, good size and very clean. We only had the first nights evening meal at the hotel but it was very good and reasonably priced. Unfortunately only one time for dining due to the candlelight procession every evening at the Basillica. |

Easy internet access in the public areas, quiet No cold water in one of the bathrooms, ( we had rented 2 rooms) no remote control for a TV with only 2 stations that was mounted too high for my mother to reach & no air conditioning in the room, |

Christine is the friendlies,most helpful person I've ever met on my travels. Unbelievably KIND!! Nothing was too much trouble for her!! My eldery Mother & I arrived late on Thurs nite so did not meet Christine until Fri morn. She made us feel very welcome from the word Go. Soon after breakfast I went out to move my car into the Hotel car park only to discover that I had a flat tyre!! |

La veduta sul fiume che attraversa la cittadina e il fatto che il personale parla perfettamente italiano Sono stata molto delusa dalla mancanza della navetta che collega l'aeroporto all'albergo e sono stata costretta a prendere il taxi ben due volte, Inoltre la mancanza della navetta mi è stata comunicata solo il 10 agosto. Io feci una scelta solo tra gli alberghi che avevano tale servizio e credo di ricordare che ne fossero solo sei a lourdes. Vi raccomando vivamente di eliminare sul vostro sito questo servizio inesistente. Inoltre non mi è stato praticato alcuno sconto per il disagio arrecatomi. |

L'accueil était très bien, aussi bien général, que particulier au restaurant ou au bar. Le personnel y est très accueillant et agréable. La possibilité de parking est appréciable. Le manque d'information sur les possibilités de séjours en pension ou 1/2 pension préalablement à la réservation. |

la cercania del santuario, asi tambien la disposicion de quien te recibe y la buena voluntad para solucionar problemas, da confianza la cortesia las sábanas estaban con pelos, parecian no limpias, ademas ofrecen servicio de wifi y este no funcionó porque nadie en el hotel sabia la clave |
