the reception i received was very poor. A pensioner travelling alone put into a room with four single beds with two points of entry!!! Staff very unhelpful!! No assistance to understand how the place works and ended up eating outwith hotel at local cafe!!! Although i will return to Lourdes on a regular basis I will never stay there again despite the good location the service was poor and not good value!!! Needless to say I have informed everyone who will listen about the situation I was placed in while travelling alone in France.

We came to see the Grotto of Our Lady of Lourdes and go into the Holy waters of the baths. This location was in walking distance and surrownded by great areas to pray, shop for rosaries and many religious articles to bring home. The front desk and cafe service was great, all the employees were very curteous, very welcoming and accommodating-we asked for alot of ice for our beverages(non-alcoholic) The sales lady in your wonderful gift shop was very professional and gave us very kind assistance. We hope to return maybe in two years and most likely will stay there again. God Bless you abundantly There was no ice machine within the hallway, everything else and your professional employees were very gracious and accommodating with our needs of ice and having free internet was most appreciated.

We were visiting the Grotto in Lourdes, so the hotel location was excellent. The staff were also helpful, courteous & mostly friendly. We were not advised at the time of booking that the hotel was undergoing renovations - if we had known that we would have to listen to the din of a jackhammer all day long we would have stayed elsewhere! We went to Lourdes looking for peace & quiet but that was impossible. Our room was just too small for comfort. Did they inform you in booking.com that the hotel was being renovated?

Everything was good generally meed to make sure I don't get charged Any more than what was agreed as at the time of checkout I was told I owed them £28 euros I had a receipt for the total amount as I paid the Cost in advance at the time of booking.

My wife and I have stayed at the hotel on many occasions. It is very comfortable, clean, the staff are very pleasant and helpful and the food is excellent. It is also very close to the Sanctuary. I have nothing to say against the hotel.

The only thing I like abt the hotel is the close proximity to the grotto. Our room was v small - meant for three people as it had a bunk bed with a mattress that's thin, old & not a clean- looking dark red bed spread. It didn't even have a pillow! Rm was dark as it was decorated in red, pillows for the double bed were worn & extremely flat, bathroom was cramped & musty-smelling. It was miserable staying in the room! We just wanted to be in it only during bedtime. Thank goodness we were there only for 2 nites, with the first having checked in late at night.

Perfect location, friendly staff, excellent value for money Small & poorly planned bathroom & tight shower (even for a little guy like me), but for the price & the fact that the room was for a "sole- person" it perfectly did the job

It was very near the Grotto. We can just go back and fort from the Grotto to the hotel. The room we stayed in was big enough for my family.

La posizione dell'albergo a pochi passi dal Santuario di Lourdes Le stanze hanno finestre piccole e sono poco luminose, chiedere quelle in fronte all'hotel o richiedere camere con finestre più ampie. Il buffet della colazione del mattino è scarso per varietà, non adeguato rapporto qualità/prezzo.
