Its close proximity to the Lourdes Sanctuaries and a set of hotel front desk team that seem comfortable speaking and willing to help. basically very small rooms but it was a 3-star anyway. |

We loved the fact that it had restaurants and a cafe by the lobby. It was very convenient especially with kids. The rooms were very dark. |

The location of the hotel is very good for access to the sanctuaries and central to town for restaurants etc. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is no in-room facility for making tea / coffee. Bar prices are high. Bar / brasserie staff appear to be a bit overworked at times so service can be a little bit slow. |

I really liked the fact that it was within walking distance to the grotto. I was not aware of how early all the places closed, so I did not get to enjoy the area as much as I would have wanted to. The room was very cold...I could not find any heating elements, therefore my husband and I were freezing!! |

The location, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast should be earlier than 7am perhaps 6am instead. The bed sheet was not very clean as I found hair in it. |

The hotel is a few steps from Our Lady of Lourdes Sanctuary. We can join all the activities at the Sanctuario De Notre Dame de Lourdes any time of the day and even at nights. We can join the processions at night and still can attend the earliest mass at the Grotto the following morning. |

Very close to one of the entrances to Lourdes--less than three blocks. I thought the food was good, they had a full service resturant, bar, and a separate resturant bar and Grille type. On a scale of 1 to 10 the food was a 4 1/2--very economical, well prepared, but a little on the bland side for my tastes |

L'accueil irréprochable du personnel.. Propreté de la chambre...cheveux encore sur le sol...odeurs.. mal aérée..sans doute aussi dûes à la moquette assez ancienne.. |

Die Nähe zum Heilige Bezirk. Ich konnte das Zimmer früher beziehen. Das Personal beim Frühstück ist immer super freundlich. Heisswassser ausgefallen. |

Le personnel de l'hôtel est très agréable, les chambres sont très propre et l'hôtel est vraiment très proche du sanctuaire. La chambre deux personnes étaient un peu petite et la chambre une personne était parfaite. |

Service war sehr freundlich, an der Reception etwas gestresst aber ansonsten hilfsbereit. Zimmer eher klein ausgestattet für eine Dreierbelegung. Zusammen mit dem Gepäck war kaum Platz zur Verfügung. Aufzug schlecht programmiert, da es zu schnell zuging und man Gefahr lief, eingeklemmt zu werden. Dies ist insbesondere für Behinderte ein Problem. Lage ist ausgezeichnet, da in unmittlebare nähe zur Heiligenstätte Frühstückbüffet -auswahl sehr dürftig, insbesondere sind 10 Euro dafür zu viel (vieles aus der Dose..) |
