Since the last when we stayed there, Sainte-Rose has been transformed to a much comfortable and guests friendly accommodation; everything was perfect - nice, neat rooms, clean toilet and bath; nothwithstanding that bath soap and shampoo were limited in supply vis a vis our number of nights stay The only thing that bothered us was the squeaking sound of the floor right above our room (561). We will recommend this hotel to friends.

convenient for the Sanctuaries. Complicated entrance for luggage. Building work nearby that started at 6am and went on to 10pm !!! Very gloomy ground floor.

The reception staff are great they cud speak english and explain well. The room are always clean and tidy. The bar staff are also very friendly. I wud recommend to my clients and friends abt yr hotel and adv them to book . I and my wife are working as a Travel Agents in Perth Western Australia and are pleased with the hotel and staff. The only thing that I want to know is whether you cud arrange return transfer from Lourdes airport to yr hotel and to adv cost.. Cheers Danny David

Convenient hotel for a short visit to nearby church ground. Rooms clean but pretty oldfashioned. Car park in back of hotel available. Breakfastroom huge, uncomfortable and noisy, caused by personell! Quality of breakfast could have been better. In bar, no glass but only bottle of wine could be ordered!

La posizione rispetto al santuario e' davvero ottima. In reception parlano italiano. Nella presentazione doveva essere un hotel ristrutturato, forse lo era ma non per la camera che ci hanno assegnato. Rumoroso.

Habituée de l'Hotel Sainte Rose, j'avais déjà appéciée le relookage du rez-de-chaussée, mais pendant ce séjour j'ai pu apprécier les chambre refaites à neuf et de très bon goût Impeccable.

We hadden een volledig vernieuwde kamer (wat helaas nog niet overal was ) met 3 bedden + tv en de badkamer en wc waren gescheiden, wat zeker een + punt is. Het was er proper en de mensen van het hotel zeer vriendelijk maar spraken alleen Frans en een beetje Engels.We verbleven daar met vol pension en ik moet zeggen dat het eten daar zeer lekker was - genoeg en veel afwisseling en dit voor een schappelijke prijs. Ietwat minder zijn de liften, ze zijn te klein en de deuren sluiten heel vlug wat soms lastig was voor oudere of minder vallide personen. De bar van het hotel was uitgerust met wifi en er waren ook 2 tv's, en ook hier viel de prijs voor drinken zeer goed mee ( je bent tenslotte in Frankrijk ) De ligging is vlakbij het heilig domein wat dan gunstig is voor de bedevaarders (5 minuten te voet ) Kortom dit hotel is zijn 3 sterren zeker waard en ik zou er nog terugkeren.

locatie t.o.v doel reis Het ontbijt van 07.00 uur - 09.00 uur. Wij ontbeten rond 08.30 uur. van de 5 dagen was er op 2 dagen geen personeel in de ontbijtzaal én er was geen brood meer. Werd aangevuld na vragen.
