Service: they try to satisfy any need you have. We stayed at the Junior Suite and felt like it was small compared to other hotels. Also, somehow you feel people on corridor from your room. |

The staff is incredible: nothing is impossible, helpful 24/7 and "no" isn't in their dictionary. All very young, but highly professional, the staff is a real asset for the hotel. The breakfast was quit limited compared to the rate they charge. |

The staff were great. Helped us a lot choosing restaurant, clubs etc. Pricy but I guess you have to pay for class! |

Продуманный дизайн (ближе к hi-tech), приветливый персонал, большая ванная комната с окном. Отличное месторасположение для тех, кто хотел бы погрузиться в атмосферу подлинного (не туристического) Парижа, не удаляясь от Эйфелевой башни. Категория отеля предполагает кухню более высокого уровня. (имею в виду room-service) |

espace spa très intime. le design de l'hotel, le surclassement d 'une suite junior au loft eiffel avec petit supplément. l'emplacement dans le 16e à 10 min de la tour eiffel. la ventilation un peu bruyante dans la chambre, une insonorisation de l'ascenseur à parfaire. |

Super onthaal, zeer vriendelijk personeel. Kamers zoals omschreven, prijs kwaliteit zeer goed. Prachtige Hamman & Jacuzzi. Kortom een weekend om niet te vergeten ! Enkele de prijs van het ontbijt (25€) is overdreven. |

Le quartier ,la chambre tres jolie ,le calme Vous annoncez un parking dans l'hotel 5 places donc tres difficile de trouver de la place dans le quartier donc vehicule reste dans une rue voisine personnel peu concerner dommage car 4 etoiles |

Le verre d'accueil (coupe de champagne et softs proposés), le spa, la salle de bain avec l'immense baignoire ronde l'attente pour que le personnel nous ouvre l'accès au spa (30mns en tout au lieu de 15mns prévues initialement). Pas de desk d'accueil ce qui est un peu limite pour ce type d'établissement |

Le cadre, le design soigné, l'acceuil du staff. Une offre "Room Service" bien en dessous du standing initial de l'hôtel.Service du PDJ trop tardif.Seul vrai point très négatif: compliqué d'avoir un expresso à 4h00 du matin :) |

Zu erkennen dass Design nicht alles ist. Service, der war einfach nicht vorhanden, das Frühstück hatte das Niveau einer einfachen Pension (altes ausgetrocknetes nicht geniesbares Brot, kein Ei, kein Service beim Frühstück, Zimmer waren extrem laut, Junior Suite verdient den Namen nicht. |

Zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel, kamers steeds kraaknet en mooi design. Goede ligging, rustig en toch nog vrij centraal. Een klein minpuntje was het geluid van de liftmotor dat vrij goed hoorbaar was in de kamer. De kamer lag tegen de lift. |
