Extremely unhygenic. Towels were not changed on 2nd day of stay. Room very expensive. No value for the money at all. |

the concert in the stade de france unfriendly office clerk should not work with guests, room shape, room need a painter, too expensive for the style of the room, old carpet with brandings of cigarettes, old shower with mushrooms in the corner, beds not suitable for people of 1.85m or taller, no safe in the room, not suitable for humans |

manger see my face I'm Indian said U never book after 10min;s of talk i show my passport. he see british passport. And said o' it's book. Room was dirty, smely, No light in bath room,, No bath towel, Can not sleep, I have to move out next day and go and stay with my grop. never got refund, I have to pay cash to other hotel. noise is a problem from the courtyard. Even for paris is expensive for what you get. Area is not great. |

This is an ideal low priced clean accomodation. We used it for easy access to Stade De France and it was ideal. Not so much the hotel but outside everything seemed to close very early. Having soad that there was lots of shops around and a huge market during the day. |

It was very convenient for the Stade de France, and communications with centre of Paris was good. Not for the romantics, but great for groups of supporters where the Stade de France is the venue |

We strongly recommend to take this "hotel" off your selection list of hotels. The "hotel" is filthy, service is bad and we will never, ever go there again. We also recommend others to stay away from this place. |

nothing at first - saint denis is very unsafe area, we arrived 3.30 p.m. and rooms wasn't ready. tables in restaurant was dirty till next day. They take payment in advance - because when you see room - you wouldn't stay, rooms not renovated, not clean, windows and door locks are broken, hotel have wifi, but nobody knows right pin to access. breakfast - poor, this hotel not suitable for humans. |

chose the hotel because it was close to the Stade de France and it was a very short walkable distance, also close to the metro station, very polite staff at the front desk. the room had a weird smell, it was clean but it smelled funny. However it was a great value for its money |

was a bit worried by some of the other reviews i had read about the area and security of the hotek but genuinely can't complain. it is in a bit of a intimidating area but we seen no trouble whatsoever and was perfect for what we wanted. just somewhere to get are heads down for the big event at the stade de france. if it's a romantic weekend don't be silly but you get what you pay for |

Une petite remarque sur les petits dejeuner, faire attention à la propreté et l'entretien des différents matériels utilisés (chariots,percolateurs),autre point il est servi du jambon blanc n'est celui ci n'est pas dans un endroit tempéré (un peu limite au niveau hygiène) |

Nous avons apprécié principalement sa situation par rapport au stade de France. Nous n'avons pas apprécié le manque de propreté de notre chambre, le manque d'hygiène et de choix pour le petit déjeuner, le bruit. |
