Quality Hotel Orléans Centre    

A good location close to the railway station. The staff were very helpful and recommended an excellent local restaurant. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is part of a chain and has that corporate feeling to it.

The hotel was quite nice, great location, and friendly people. We stayed Saturday night and we got stuck there, we parked in the Carrefour garage by mistake and they shut down in the evenings and on Sundays and you cannot get your car out. Be careful where you park. It also ended up absurdly expensive. That being said, the hotel staff was quite wonderful, one lady in particular went to great lengths to try and call the garage for us. It's also great that breakfast is included in the price and the price itself is very reasonable.

I only had two complaints: 1) the pillows are absolutely horrible. Worst things I've ever experienced underneath my head. 2) The soundproofing leaves a lot to be desired. However, as to the latter, I know they are undergoing construction so that might be why the soundproofing sucks right now.

The toilet cistern did not fill every time so we had a used toilet unable to flush. The bathroom was in need of redecoration and the walls next to the bed were dirty

The position was great being so close to the railway station and convenient to the city. The reception staff were very friendly and efficient and went the extra mile to get information for us on how to visit nearby places by train. The breakfast was excellent as something included in the price, with cereals, rolls, croissants, chocolate croissants, meat, cheese, jams, tea and coffee - as much as you wanted. It was also a bonus getting the lunch pack, with sandwiches, fruit and water. The bed in our room was very big and that did not leave a lot of room at the sides, but the room was big enough.

The hotel was very good value and offered a family suite which worked brilliantly for us.the hotel was very good central. The rooms were clean and tiny.the breakfast was good and the lunch box they offer on check out was very handy!

The staff seemed very inexperienced,although friendly they didn't seem to know what they were doing.i had requested a cot but it wasn't in the room on arrival,there was no tea/coffee making facilities and the external door key to our family room couldn't be be found for some time.we stayed 2 nights,1 on our trip south and 1 on our trip north,the second night was interrupted by a door bell which rang everytime someone entered,a coach load of guests arrived and the doorbell was ringing over and over as they milled in and out.the staff had to make several phone calls to colleagues to sort the problem.

Excellent welcome at reception and was advised of unexpected bonuses of a free welcome drink and a packed lunch each day in addition to the breakfast that I knew was included. The room was comfortable and although the hotel was near a busy road, a shopping street a tramline and a mainline railway station it was quiet. There was plenty of space in the room for our luggage and to spread out a little.

I can't think of any thing I didin't like except that although I spoke French to the receptionist I was spotted as an English speaker and the language changed. I need to practice my accent more.

We had requested a ajoining rooma and when we arrived we were in one room with four beds. Not happy!

Nice clean rooms and close to a parking lot.

Room was quite small.not too bad but small for a stroller.

Friendly and helpful staff

The room was very disappointing and badly need upgrading, there was mould under the window and used tissues under the bed. The riser on the shower was broken and the grout between the tiles was dirty. We would not stay there again.

top location, good size rooms and bath, nice design of room. breakfast was good.

Small things let this hotel down , items in room like toilet roll holder towel rail broken. Very small cheap towels. If attention was paid to the smaller details would be a much better place to stay

The breakfast was good and included in the room rate. The bathroom was great and a balcony was a nice perk. Be aware that our family room involved one kid sleeping on a mattress on the floor, which made the size of the room a challenge.

The clerk who checked us in did not fully explain the parking situation. We ended up paying the full amount for parking three blocks away at the parking garage instead of the advertised price (half the full price). We asked for a restaurant recommendation was were sent to an "international" restaurant. Thankfullyl we ignored the recommendation and explored on our own, finding a wonderful place where we had the best meal we had in France. When we asked at check-out, the clerk on duty said there was nothing she could do for us - not the most helpful of folks. The family room was tiny and one child slept on a mattress on the floor.

Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Great to have free Wifi, welcome bottled water and packed lunch every day. A central location for Loire Castle visits with our hire car. I would stay here again.

Room lighting poor. Dark color of walls and decor. Bed side lighting of no use for reading.

In the towncentre. Nice spot for exploring the city. Easy to drive in and out from the highway. Much better location than all the other 'highway' hotels just outside the city.

Hotel offers reduction at carpark. Ask wich location before you park your car in the wrong parking and ending up paying 60,- for 24hrs

Location. And the tranquility to be in a hotel chain that have experience. You know what you are paying for and you get what you pay for. A complementary breakfast plus other amenities were also nice and we will consider Quality in our future trips.

The room, although it was exactly what we needed (two connected rooms), had a strong smell of cigarette.

A nice enough hotel. Close to the city center and all the amenities you need. Fine for one or two nights as a stop-over. The staff were friendly!

Breakfast romm a little crowded

Have taken many city breaks and this hotel was ideally situated to enjoy the whole of Orleans on foot. The room was extremely large with a lovely balcony overlooking the pedestran area. Breakfast was included and so was the lunch box the next day on departure which was a lovely thought. Would recommend again.
