The rennovated rooms are excellent. Ibis styles standards are good. Design is simple and very practical. New bathrooms were excellent. It was cozy and comfortable. Best part was extra bed for one child upto 12 years is free and availale in all rooms - free 24 hrs water tea coffee at reception. Rennovation was in progress. Lot of disturbance everywhere many places the rennovation is only skin deep - only the top layer of furniture has been changed like the bar in reception |room I thimk were completly rennovated. Strage smell in the corridors. Accor and IBIS can do a better job at rennovation - a proper job done will last for 10 years.

Nice clean room The restaurant was dirty crumbs and stains on the tables. The scrammbled eggs were dry and cold, no bacon. After complaining they set the buffet up again, this was at 9am in a hotel that serves breakfast from 7 until 10.30am.

Actually I stayed for short days which can not give fair and complete picture about the hotel , anyway, I really found the reception staff friendly, cooperative and professional , and I like very much the location . easily fromthere approaching any interristed place in tours which is important for me . thank you , saad

Proche du centre ville Hotel en travaux, il y a de la poussière partout, je suis asthmatique et j'ai super mal dormi car j'avais du mal à respirer. Très déçu de l'hôtel car indigne d'une chaîne comme Ibis, indigne d'un soit disant 3 étoiles. L'ascenseur était sale, j'ai du faire changer la chambre car les draps étaient sales, le parking payant de 8 euros est la réserve pour le matériel donc un gros bazar. Le petit déjeuner ne relève même pas l'impression car produits pas frais et peu de quantité pour un buffet. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel, heureusement que la ville est belle est qu'il y a plein de choses à visiter sinon le séjour aurait été catastrophique.

Personnel très agréable! Carte room service pauvre mais plat excellent! L hôtel est en cours de rénovation donc je pense qu'il faudra le juger ultérieurement. De ce fait j'ai eu une ancienne chambre qui n'était pas à la hauteur des prétentions de l hôtel, odeur de vieux, chasse d eau qui ne fonctionne pas ,type très vieillot... Ne correspond absolument pas aux all seasons habituels. Impossible de manger le petit déjeuner ds la salle prévue à cet effet tant il y avait de bruit, le personnel à donc propose de pouvoir le monter en chambre. Je pense que cet hôtel sera très bien une fois les travaux terminés!

la qualité du service du personnel le design des chambres hôtel en cours de rénovation l'enseigne est toujours à l'ancien nom ce qui nous a perturbé pour le localiser manque de rangements dans les chambres

Prix attractif Hotel actuellement en travaux (non précisé lors de la réservation), bruit en journée, cables qui pendent au plafond, poncage près de la salle à manger, table du petit déjeuner non débarassée ... hormis un prix compétitif, je ne le recommande pas spécialement (le temps des travaux). Tramway en travaux à proximité, ce qui ne facilite pas la circulation en voiture pour se rendre à l'hotel.

Emplacement et parking, chambre neuve. Isolation phonique très insuffisante...chambre très sujette aux bruits extérieurs, on entend la circulation et les conversations !!!! Pour couronner le tout, 4 jeunes passablement éméchés, sont restés sur le trottoir devant l'entrée du parking, sous les fenêtres de 3h30 à 5h15 et ça n'a pas attiré l'attention du personnel de veille de l'hotel !!!!! Ils hurlaient et rigolaient pendant 2 h....et il a fallu que je descende du 6ème étage...ahurissant.. Je précise que je suis arrivé la veille avec ma fille qui passait un concours.... Très déçu donc...

hotel vetuste, installation vetuste, ne merite pas son statut trois étoiles. j'ai quitté l'hotel après une seule nuit, car à ma grande surprise, il n'y avai pas d'eau chaude.

Lo stato generale di manutenzione è abbastanza carente, vedi la finestra che rischia di cadere quando si apre. Manca il frigo bar e soprattutto, per noi italiani, notiamo la mancanza del bidet in bagno. La presenza della vasca limita molto I movimenti per le persone di una certa età e/o con difficoltà di muoversi.

Современный отель, парковка во дворе отеля. В номере чисто, полотенца меняются ежедневно. Комната не большая, хотя ванная комната довольно просторная. Шумно не только с улицы, но и из коридора. Разговор соседей слышно идеально.
