Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und auch bemüht, sofern die französische Sprache nicht beherrscht wurde, Konversation auf englisch zu betreiben. Das Frühstück im Hotel mit 20,00 €uro pro Person empfand ich als viel zu teuer und habe deshalb dieses Angebot auch nicht genutzt. Der Speisesaal ist durch die Deckenbemalung optisch sehr schön, wirkt aber irgendwie "finster" . |

Ausnahmslos sehr freundliches, kompetentes, zuvorkommendes Personal. Gute Küche. Gut gepflegtes sauberes Hotel. Bekamen freies Upgrade für Meersichtzimmer. Fenster sollten besser (neu) isoliert werden, da Zimmer direkt an der 6spurigen Strasse liegt. Die Lärmimmission der Autos ist (zu) laut. |

I liked the look and the location of the hotel, the friendly and efficient staff and the experience of dining on the terrace. The bedroom could have benefitted from a comfortable chair or two. It had only one straight backed chair. |

Had a private beach across the road where you got a huge discount for staying at the Hotel Westminster. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice and clean, and the bathroom had a big, beautiful bathtub! We had a seaside view and it was gorgeous. No complaints! |

Being across from the ocean and also near the old town was very nice The waitress in the bar was very rude but the rest of the staff was excellent and very welcoming. When we complained about the waitress, the hotel apologized and we were happy with their response |

We like the fact that was right in front of the beach. The view was beautiful. The rooms were spacious and beds very confortable and clean. I didnt like the extremely overcharge for phone calls and breakfast. Not worth the price and the rudeness of the people in charge. We just took one day the breakfast and then somewhere else. |

Our room was beautiful and newly refurbished. The door staff were very helpful. The view from the balcony was as good as it gets. The restaurant and bar especially the breakfast buffet was very overpriced for the range of food on offer. The hotel exterior and interior (apart from our suite) could definately do with a freshen up. The only complaint about our room was the shower water did not drain very well and ended up all over the bathroom floor. Coffee and tea making facilities in the room would be a nice added feature. |

Convenient location on the Promenade des Anglais, close to beach shops and restaurants. Nice atmosphere in hotel, a bit old fashioned with its own charm but I like that. Helpful, cheerful staff. We were staying for five nights and the room was small for that length of time especially for two people (I have stayed in the hotel before as a solo traveller so I have an idea what the rooms are like and ours was smaller than the normal which was a disappointment as I took my wife for a treat) but of decent quality. |
