location was perfect problems with the new rooms, the shower had poor construction and water leaked everywhere, the hotel was aware and was willing to send housekeeping whenever we eanted |

sorry but there was nothing favourable apart from the view of the promenade ecxept that the outdoor dining was directly under us which gave us no privacy old needs major renevations |

Very good location on the waterfront and close to town. Nice old-world feel to the hotel. Spacious, clean room. Helpful staff. Enjoyed having cocktails on the veranda overlooking the sea. Would have preferred a comforter/duvet to the blankets on the beds. Beds could be more comfortable. |

Not much The noise in the room from road traffic was so bad we had to move rooms to a smaller dirtier shabbier room at 2am in the morning. Still carged €450 per night. It was terrible value and this is definetly not a 4 star hotel - it would struggle to get 3 stars. I would absolutely never stay in that hotel again |

Worst hotel experience. Holel being renovated. For a 4 star hotel rooms were very poor. No lobby to speak of. Reception area non existent. Breakfast room awful. Price wise the hotel was a total rip off. |

The staff were extremely friendly and spoke english alot better than my broken french. Great location, and great views if you ask for a sea view. The rooms where excellent, though the hotel itself was dated and a bit run down. Breakfast is a bit expense at 20euro per person. You're better off going to a cafe around the corner for breakfast. |

It looks dated and uncared for. The carpets are filthy in both the public areas and bedrooms. Our jacuzzi in our Junior Suite didn't work. |

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The light in the room was too dim, which often is the problem in hotel rooms. For a hotel in this class I would have hoped for a brighter light. |
