海が近く、クラシカルな雰囲気。スタッフもフレンドリー過ぎず、必要なことはしてくれる感じが良かったです- 。 車の音がすごい。ニースの海沿いのホテルは皆そうだから、諦めるしかないかな。 |

ロケーションがすばらしく、窓からプロムナードザングレ越しの海岸の眺めはとても素晴らしかった。そのうえ- ホテルはベルエポックの趣がありながら、行き過ぎたサービスもなく、とても落ち着けた。 |

シーヴューの部屋を予約。バルコニーは少し狭いが、素晴らしい眺めを堪能できる。部屋はゆったりしており、- 清潔。スタッフの感じもとても良かった。 場所柄仕方ないとは思うが、朝食が高い。天気が悪く肌寒い日でも、掃除の後はエアコンを全開にしてくれてい- た。寒くて参った。 |

ダブルベッドスタイルでベッドメイキングされていたが、実はシングルベッドを2つ並べたものだった。間が開- いてくるし、ギシギシとうるさいベッドであった。 |

スタッフがとても親切で英語で会話できました。部屋はバルコニーをリクエストしたら角部屋の広めのバルコニ- ーを用意してくれていました。ホテル自体は古いのですが、清潔な感じです。お風呂は新しかったです。アクセ- スも良く便利でした。ニース駅まで徒歩15分、マセナ広場まで5分、空港へのバス停は1分です。ヨーロッパ- なので日本のクオリティーを求めてしまうと不満はあると思いますが、その中でもかなり満足のホテルです。海- 側バルコニー付きの部屋がお勧めです。 バルコニーの鳥のフンをもう少し掃除していて欲しかったです。でも眺めが素晴らしいのでくつろぐには最高で- した。イスだけ自分で掃除すれば問題ないです。 |

プロモーション価格の部屋だったため、大きさは小さかったが、見晴らしはやはり最高だった。カーニバルの時- 期で、部屋から花のパレードをみることや花火もみられた。レセプションも親切。ただアメニティは中級ホテル- とほぼ同じだったところが唯一の難点。 |

Staff excellent, spoke english and very helpful not like Snuty Parisians. We were upgraded to a beautiful room with view of the sea. Only a short walk to the Old Town. Save on 30 euro taxi and get the 98 bus straight to the hotel and back 4 euro. nothing is perfect, it is old and needs some spurcing up. But there is a lovely feel of past elegancy. Our room was modern and very well maintained |

The location was great, close to beach, shopping, old town and bus route. Room and bathroom clean. No bedcover/duvet, only sheets and blanket, makes it look very budget, not 4star. No coffee making facilities. Shower needs a curtain, floor always flooded after shower. Although they have satellite tv, the only English channels are CNN and Sky news. |

Excellent location. Very nice and large room with a balcony overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Could not have asked for a more perfect location and view. Staff very friendly and accomodating. Went out of their way to assist us. |

We mostly liked the location as it is perfect located on Promenade des Anglais. Most of the staff very friendly and helpful. room size and bed quality is not applicable to the money we paid. Additional Services are poor, child care, child entertainment, wellness, massages, etc. are not present |

The hotel was in a great position just across the road from the beach and easy walking distance to the city centre, modern room just a bit noisy from the main road out the front. Noise from the main road. |

Large & quiet room with kingsize bed. Staff were very polite and helpful. Air cond didn't work. Shower head was split and one tap leaked. Price to use the hotel beach at 16 euros each was extortionate - there was no discount offered despite it being gone 3pm. |

Location (very close to the beach); size of the room (junior suite) Linen and towels old. Linen was dirty when we arrived (washed, but with big spots). Exchanged after we complained, but this shouldn't have happened. Found a cold bottle of wine with glasses in our room the next evening, which was a nice way to apologize. Biggest problem was the extreme noise due to the road outside. Too loud for sleeping well. |

16 euros per person for the beach access is a bit too much.However, the Sporting beach is a very nice spot where u can meal or have a coffee and where you are in safety .Maybe the hotel can find a solution to include the beach access in the room price or to have a special, lower rate for its clients.That is really the only thing that we didn't like.Everything else was great. |

proximity to beach, central districts, eating places and shopping streets, spacious room with wonderful view of the promenade, full of sunshine and light noise coming from the promenade and beach (concerts, fights, etc) and sirens during the night, old facilities, no tea/coffee amenities in the room, high prices for room service, bar, breakfast, and room rate, also pure nonesense price of euro 16 for entry to private beach (for a towel and parasol....!!) |

This hotel was a very typical Nice hotel. If one want to experience Nice atmosphere this is the perfect place to start. It's very near to Hotel Necresco which is the essence of Nice and because it is located almost in the middle of the promonade it is in the walking distance to all the interesting places like rue massena, saleya, the garre and the old town. I was very pleased with the hotel. |

The location is excellent. The room was very comfortable (suite junior) at the 5th floor with a fantastic view of the sea. The building needs refurbishment. The staff was kind. Small balcony with outdated chairs. |
