Asnieres is very well kept, newly decorated and clean. The housekeeping staff are friendly and there was no noise the weekend we stayed. Yes the rooms are a bit tight but its perfect for the weekend and the area is lovely (not to mention the windows opening out onto the steet, its so pretty). It's location is perfect, once you find it! If youre ryanair you come in near to port maillot metro. Take the yellow line in the direction of vincennes and stop at champs elysees clemenceau. Change to blue line in direction of st. Denis universite and get out at st lazare station. Follow the signs for trains and once you get to the main platform go to platform 6 and take the asnieres train 3 stops. Off the train there is a sign for the hotel and its literally a 3 minute walk. go straight to mcdonalds and stay right at the end of that street. go straight up past a lovely supermarket and in front of you at the lights there is a sign again for the hotel. go left and its in front of you. It takes about an hour to get home from main tourist attractions, which for the price we paid (€150 for two for two nights) was great. Breakfast is simple but does the trick until lunch. I would stay here again! We were tired one evening and asked the receptionist to recommend a restaurant close by and he couldnt! Silly but annoying. There is a fantastic chinese in the area, food was divine and staff fabulous! Nothing else, I really liked it.

Good location at quiet street near train station. Breakfast good, room was clean. Firm bed. Very good hotel for only 2 stars. The room and the bathroom was very small. Ok for one person and just to sleep there.

The thing I like is, It is small and compact. Close to the location I wanted to go for my conference which was in La Defence. Not sufficient facilities such as Iron, more than one plug point. I am a business traveller. Those are important to me.

The rooms are clean. The rooms are so tiny that there's no room for a suitcase whatsoever. In addition, it's not in Paris and the staff doesn't speak English. I wouldn't stay in this hotel again and wouldn't certainly recommend it.

Modern up to date facilities, Helpful staff to welcome you and assist with any questions. The twin rooms are very large with a separate toilet to the shower/bathroom. Double room was very small, with a very small bathroom/shower.

The location was great. The hotel was located right around the corner from several restaurants, shops and the train station. It's also a short train ride into Paris and is a good hotel for the money. My only complaint about the hotel was that the rooms were in need of some repairs and the girl working the front desk sat in the dining room for 15 minutes chatting with some of the staff members and eating a snack, even after she saw us walk in to get checked in.

The room was clean, in bright colours and looked like recently renovated. Breakfast was ok (and included in the price of the stay), although the same everyday. The hotel is close to the railway station which is only 3 stops from the central Paris. The area near the hotel is quiet. At the same time there are shops and restaurants near the railway station. The room was very small (althouth it is probably ok for a 2 star hotel)

For me the best part of my stay was breakfast (although it was nothing to rave about) and leaving!! The bedroom was very small and pokie, the wall paper was coming off the walls and wadrobe. Everday I clearly put a plastic bag full of rubbish next to the door and it was only taken by the cleaners twice (after staying for 5 nights). We were unable to get any spare pillows and told that this was because the hotel was full everynight. The shower had no holder for the shower head as well as no toilet paper holder! also when we were given toilet paper it had already been used! the soap packets wer'nt taken away! The complementry body wash/shampoo was left there empty for the entire week! After everyday we would come back to our room and find it locked, so we would have to go back downstairs and get the person at the front desk to re-swipe the card! this was everyday!!! and it shouldnt happen. when we booked the hotel we took down hotel directions on how to get there, we found them to be very very bad so you should change them!

Near to bussiness that I wa visiting (main reason for my stay) but also near to the train station which take you to Saint-lazare in the hart of paris in 7 minutes and trains are regular (every 15 minutes). A la reception le jeune homme etait tres agreable et aidant (One staff was very helpful and welcoming). As I was very unhappy with the room that I was allocated in the first floor, I got another room in the 6th floor, which was very nice spacious and confortable. At first I was in a awful micro tiny damp smelly room in the first floor, which was not worth more than 45 euros. Since I paid 115 euros , which is alrready quiet expansive for an hotel located outside of Paris in a quiet modest suburb that is Asniere sur seine, I got another room that was quiet pleasant. The only reason I chose to stay there was for bussiness purposes. If my purpose was to visit Paris, I would have stayed in paris itself for the same money or even cheaper and better quality room! The woman in the evening was a nightmare and really made it clear in a rude way that she was not there to give info to tourist... I recommend this hotel only if you need businesses that takes you to Asniere but not for visiting Paris since there are lot of nice confortable little hotels, far more better than this one, in Paris on a budget price (look around Gare de Lyon/ Bastille).

A great little hotel - the room we had was very nice with a huge bed.... and a very smart bathroom. The breakfast was great - plenty of choice to get you going for the day ahead. Also the small courtyard ar the rear would be lovely for breakfast in the summer (although a little too cold when we visited). There were several restaurants within a couple of minutes walk, and the train station Asnieres sur Saine also was only about 3 minutes walk - a perfect connection straight into St Lazare, and the Metro for city locations. An easy connection from cdg airport.... via Chatelet Les Halles/St Lazare. There were also good shops nearby to get sandwiches and drinks for the day (and not at Paris prices!!), and a cinema if you speak French well enough! A most enjoyable stay, very good value, and would definitely use this hotel again if I return to Paris

“Amazing location. So close to the metro stop and the Eiffel Tower. Couldn't have asked for a better location. Also, very safe. Staff was working around the clock and was there to let me in the building when I came home at 3 in the morning. Very nice staff also. They let us leave our bags in the hotel and they watched them for us even after we had already checked out! Highly recommended for study abroad students traveling to Paris for a weekend! It exceeded my expectations. ” Siana, London |
