All things in hotel except man in work in night shift

I didnt like man of the staff in night because he didnt know any language he speak frinch only no english and he not kind man and not helpfull man

The hotel is just about 400 meters from the Transilien railway station (from there 6 minutes to the center of Paris). It's clean and calm; instant coffee as much as you like during day and night; good and large breakfast.

The lift is smaller than a fridge.

Staff were fantastic at sorting out a booking problem with no problems

The only likable thing was that it was close to a station other than that I didn't like it at all.

Not very friendly staff, plus very small and claustrophobic rooms.

Value for money for budget travelers. Good brekfast - not a wide choice, but the quality food. Nearby supermarket Casino - 5min walk.

Metro station ~15 min walk, train station 5 min.

The location of the hotel is perfect. You will feel safe walking around the neighborhood because the police station is just behind the hotel. Cafes, supermarkets, shops are within walking distance. Wifi connection is good and the facilities (computer terminal, coffee/tea, snacks) are available at the lobby 24/7.

Hotel well connected with the center of Paris by train, bus and metro. The breakfast was sweet and salty and abundant.

+ Friendly staff + Quiet location, north west of Paris, near Asnières train station + Room was ok, no luxury but comfortable bed + Excellent breakfast, although some scrambled eggs would have been nice

- Bathroom was small , shower tub damaged, should be replaced - Bathroom with a hole in the wall, probably for air ventilation; you could hear people talking in the next room - Sound insulation should be improved ! - No bar or drinks available at night !

The right size room for the price paid. It was a clean room and shower. It was small but comfortable. Good friendly service by the staff. Breakfast was good for the price paid (basic stuff but for the £60 per night stay). The local area was good and good parking. Easy to drive to the centre of Paris. We enjoyed it very well. Well recommended for the budget holiday.

Hotel was clean and generally comfortable. Furniture were of a satisfactory quality and properly maintained. Breakfast was served in good condition. Localization was adequate to enable visits to Paris

Communication with members of the staff should have been more supportive and helpful. Spaces of rooms, corridors and other facility areas were too small.

I stayed with my family in this hotel for 3 nights , quiet location to stay , budget friendly .Any time in a day the reception was open and they are verymuch helpful ..for any questions that we had ... Close to TRAIN station (not metro) Asniere Sun-Sine .Just catch Train s to St-Lazare ...and from there you will find metros to eery where in Paris Everyday room service ..and sufficient breakfast (buffet) ... Great location ...good hotel ..for a 2 star .budget

On the day of arrial we didnot realized that it is close to Train station , so it took good amount of time to find this hotel as we got into Metro not Train ....but it is Ok ....

Le confort de la literie et la propreté et le personnel sympathique

Salle de bain et wc petits : impossible de fermer la porte des wc sans se briser les genoux même pour un enfant de 12 ans. Très bruyant, et enfin petit déjeuner sympa mais ne pas mettre de la vraie baguette mais du pain industriel ;(((, alors que l'on est proche de Paris ville de la baguette à la française.

Por la ubicación del hotel es muy difícil conseguir algo de comer o tomar pasadas las 22:00, no hay nada abierto cerca después de esa hora.

La propreté de la chambre

Difficile de se garer aux allentours. La chambre faisait 10 m2 La machine a café est tombé en panne. ... Cet hôtel ne mérite pas ses 3 étoiles

Je connais cet établissement depuis très longtemps, sa proximité de Paris est pour moi sa première qualité.

La taille de la chambre. L'insonorisation insuffisante de la chambre.

je n'aurais vraiment pas voulu avoir à payer le prix affiché de la chambre, car l'espace contigu de la pièce ne le mérite vraiment pas.

Practicamente todo, teniendo en cuenta su bajo precio. La relación calidad precio me parece muy buena. Hay que tomar un tren para llegar al centro, pero pasa con mucha frecuencia y tarda 10 minutos, con lo que la situación también me parece buen. El desayuno incluido sin grandes lujos pero muy correcto y el personal muy pendiente de que no falte nada.

Por poner alguna pega la habitación y la ducha eran pequeñas, pero para el tiempo que estás en hotel carece de importancia.

Hôtel mal insonorisé, chambre 460 exigu.
