The hotel was very quiet, although in a central position for shopping and the beach. It was also clean and the staff were very helpful. We never had the breakfast as it did not represent good value for money compared to all the cafes in the vicinity and we thought the price of 12 euros was far too high. |

Very comfortable, warm atmosphere. Unique and attractive decor. Totally unlike a chain hotel. Very good Nice location. Delightful staff. Beautiful garden for breakfast. Old-fashioned French hand-held shower nozzle. |

Rooms were very clean. Also, the large windows made the room very comfortable. Because of the garden, this hotel creates a nice quite ambiance in the crowded streets of nice. |

comfortable arty rooms. secluded garden (shady). good location. modern facilities power showert fab, balcony great aircon didnt work first night and road a bit noisy if door opened but not on a major rd - just vespas . Pricy breakfast 12 euros per person. Still Nice is expensive. |

The garden. The proximity to town centre, beach and transport systems. We had to keep the windows shut at night because of the road noise, but they were well insulated. |

We enjoyed our stay very very much.The room(latest new artist room)was wonderfull.Great garden.Very friendly hotel staff.We recommend this artistic hotel with lots of authenticity and soul to everyone how likes art,cultur and travelling.We will be back soon... The staff were so helpful and friendly and ensured that our stay was as stress free as possible. Try the lift, it's an absolute must! There is also plenty of space to hang clothes and the room itself, was fantastic - very boho chic! The location of the hotel was perfect for all amenities. The hotel bar was a little quiet but we did stay in November, so to be expected. |

Very little. I did not like the fact the senior member of staff on reception when we checked out tried to charge us above the rate quoted on booking.com. The same man had checked us in and specifically written down the booking.com rate. I felt he was taking advantage of our early morning check out and the fact we had used the minibar and gotten drinks on our room - as if we wouldn't notice the €60 extra. |

friendly staff, nice if not luxurious room, good location in central Nice with many restaurants nearby. Great to have wifi (free) in rooms but it was not always dependable. Yes, depending on the price. I think what I was paid was high for the quality received. |

It was clean, and central. The style of decor was far from relaxing; the colour-scheme was awful, the lighting atrocious (one wall light was a bulb inside a paper-bag suspended from a wire coat-hanger with a sketch of a lightbulb stuck on the outside. The main light was a huge lightbulb. There was no dressing-table, just an ugly glass and iron construction. Neither of us had a good night's sleep in the bed.I could go on.... |
