We found the hotel to be excellent, from the friendly welcoming staff to the beautiful ambiance, especially in the cool garden and pool which were like an oasis in the summer heat. Breakfast was very good indeed but we didn't have an opportunity to eat in the restaurant as we were out each evening at the Jazz Festival. Have already recommended it and hope to stay there again ourselves. |

good central location in Nice - easy walking distance to beach and promenade. Small, but comfortable room and small but functionable bathroom, which had obviously been added at a later date. Value for money in this city. Could improve on parking ammenities though. We could not even park in front of the hotel to unload our bags. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful and it was a great location. The garden and pool area were really nice but a bit disappointing with the lack of sunshine on these areas due to the overgrown trees. We had to go to the beach to sunbath. |

The room was fairly spacious and the AC was good (helpful since it was quite hot--not all AC is created equal). We were charged 20 euros for an extra bed in our room for our son--the bed was a little cot with springs so saggy that we took the mattress off the cot and put it on the floor for our son to sleep on--more comfortable than using the saggy cot! Also, the bathroom was divided into two separate rooms on opposite sides of the main room--kind of a crazy arrangement for anyone who actually washes his/her hands after using the toilet. Hotel is described as "artistic" but the mural in our room was, well, tacky. Overall, it seemed a very high price (including a very high breakfast price--12 euros) for the hotel. |

Good location. Hotel has a tropical-like garden with swimming pool, very nice to have your breakfast here. Rooms have thin walls, quite noisy and when they start cleaning the rooms around 8am noise is terrible |

Well kept hotel, with contemporary decor and very helpful staff. This is something that makes it stand out against other hotels of a similiar status. Reasonable facilities with no additional charging for things such as WI-Fi. Ideal location for the beach and site-seeing. I was very happy with most aspect of the hotel, however, if I wanted to be pedantic, then the pool is not really useable, so don't go here if you are looking for a good swimming pool. Furthermore, the air-con is adequate but not fantastic, but these were minor issues that did not detract from us having a lovely stay at the Hotel Windsor. |

Very unique, beautiful hotel. Great location. Staff always gave great restaurant recommendations. Beautiful secluded garden area (for eating breakfast) and pool area. This seems to be a common theme with French hotels, but the shower/curtain set-up is completely impractical. The shower curtain doesn't go all the way to the floor, and after a shower, the floor is soaked! While my husband was showering, I was brushing my teeth at the sink and my feet were getting completely wet from sprays coming from under the shower curtain! |

Having visited your hotel for the fourth time and hopefully will visit again this year, your staff are very helpful and friendly the Hotel is situated in a excellent position, it is clean and colourful and very relaxing. We are so happy to have been recommended this Hotel by a friend. No nothing at all everything was excellent |

I loved my bedroom,so spacious and so elegant. The garden is a delight - a real oasis in the midst of the city.The staff were all helpful and courteous. What more can I say? Oh, yes, the breakfasts were fine. |

The balcony and view of the garden The staff were offhand and rude. The room was small and beside the lift and not cheap. The shower had to be hand held over the bath.At no stage did anyone notice that we had stayed 5 times previously, we will not return. |

Excellent location - close to the beach, the pedestrian zone - the old city, the flower market - virtually everything was in a 10 minute walking distance... the rooms were very nice, bright, spacious and clean - and the staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable... good for english speaking tourists... the garden restaurent was absolutely brilliant... and the chef - well nice if located on the promenade de anglais - this hotel would have totally rocked |

Great enviroment, the staff was helpfull, the rooms were nice and clean and very artistic, the garden was peacefull and amazing. The walls between the rooms are..very thin, so you can hear the television and everything else of your neighbor. |
