The location was great. Room was clean. Breakfast although additional fee was excellent. Staff was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is a bit quirky, for example the elevator "lift off" gets to be a little much. The bathroom was very small..but nice.

The staff at the hotel is just great, really kind. We love them. The hotel is really nice and the locations is perfect. It is a place with really good energy. If we ever go back to Nice we will definitily go back at the Windsor.

The only thing we did not like that much, is that the rooms facing the street were a bit noisy. But we love the hotel.

The location was outstanding, with a short walk to the beach and many restaurants. Old Town Nice is also quite close.

Excellent location just 5 minutes walk from the sea, good spa center where nice treatments are offered, helpful and friendly staff

Bathroom: you have to shower in a very small place, separated from the WC only by a curtain.

The hotel was well positioned between the sea and the station, but close to the Old Town in a quiet street. Very well priced. I loved the jungle garden which was immaculately tidy and quiet. It had an unheated outdoor pool which lovely to sit beside on a bright, blue-sky winter's day There was a roaring log fire that was lit over a delightful dinner. Breakfast and dinner choices were just what I wanted. There was free Wi Fi. The art work was interesting. I laughed at the "rocket launch" commentary in the lift! Staff were helpful. A delightful small hotel of character. I will stay again.

It was probably the weirdest hotel we have ever stayed in. Certainly memorable!

The breakfast at euro 13 was rather expensive but that was partly because we eat only a light breakfast.

Garden, art work in rooms, BEDS!

The 'lift off' lift, the garden, the room murals, the Tintin posters on stairs. Excellent location for seafront, Old Town and public transport. Good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. No hesitation in recommending it.

I loved the position(for shops and restuarants). I liked the bar, the staff and also the Hammam. Room was quite big and comfortable at a reasonable price.

The spacious room The friendly staff The ambiance The cosy bar/restaurant The convenience of being so central and so near to everything After many years of staying at the Windsor, the fact that it is unchanging PS WE paid 120euros for a taxi from St Maxime. A taxi (called by reception) to the airport cost 47euro........37 plus 10 for luggage. We thought that that was a bit high and that, perhaps, a fixed price could be arranged.

It was located very good, it had a pool, and the service was very good.

The only thing we did not like was the bed, an old madrass hanging in the middel. And that they was a whole planket on bed. we are used to one each.

Nice, clean, renewed rooms, nice staff. A wonderful experience.

The bathroom very tight. But we took the basic room. However it was always neat.

Hotel Windsor was an excellently located, beautiful hotel with a lovely garden. Our room was very comfortable and spacious with an excellent shower. We thought it had oodles of character, too! With the "We have lift off" elevator and Tin Tin art. The staff at the hotel were very friendly, informative and helpful. We would highly recommend and will be returning soon.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. We were in a party of 8 celebrating our 35th wedding anniversaries. My husband and I were upgraded because we had organised the trip. We all had fresh roses in our rooms and paper hearts on our beds! On a sunny day we hired bikes and cycled to Cagne and had a picnic on the beach, great fun! Lovely garden at the hotel.

Location was perfect. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Staff were (mainly) friendly and efficient. Restaurant was lovely and quite reasonably priced. As a solo traveller, having a couple of good English tv channels (Film 4!) for company was a relief.

One receptionist was quite rude, and he also told me that there were no buses from the train station to the airport - this is false as the #99 and #23 both go from the train station to the airport.

The art work is wonderful. The dinner which we had in the garden was memorable. The rooms are excellent and the staff very helpful and friendly.

Do not stay in this hotel. Very weird place, dirty rooms, unpleasent decorations, smelly pillows, worst ever for the price

The staff were very helpful and the food - breakfast and dinner were excellent.

The plumbing in room 351 is a disaster. The main shower didn't work, the wash hand taps were impossible to turn off with wet hands and when you wanted to clean your teeth the cold tap would run boiling hot!

Big rooms with big bathroom and separate toilet. Great picture wall in bedroom and a beautiful garden outlook. Excellent staff who spoke english well

my husband and I stayed for 3 nights at the hotel. Location was close to everything, room was small but not too small we couldn't move. The street can we a little noisy at night but with the windows closed we didn't hear anything. They have a small gym( not worth using) and a sauna which was very nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
