Free Wi-Fi Nice room
The only positive about this hotel is location to Metro and Rock en Seine music festival.
Fleas in room who fed well on me the last night. No bar other than a couple of bottles of spirits/wine on a random table in reception area/corridor. No chairs or table on patio even though this is clearly advertised on website as a "feature". PC just about works if you have a lot of time on your hands but forget printing anything like boarding passes. Noisy workmen starting work at 8am directly outside first floor rooms. Staff completely disinterested in any concerns raised. I would not stay here again if they paid me.
The neighborhood was lovely, the staff friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the color scheme of the interiors was very original and fun.
I would loved to have enjoyed a coffee on the back terrace, but construction was underway. I would gladly return when renovation is complete!
Staff friendly and helpful. My room was ready early as requested for which I was really grateful as I was very tired on arrival. I forgot a plug adaptor but Reception loaned me one. Very comfy, large bed. Easy to find and area felt really safe. Overall I'd recommend it :-)
Loo flush was loose (and didn't always connect properly so had to lift the cistern lid to flush) and taps on bath were also loose. Not really a problem and forgiven due to lovely positives. Was a bit expensive due to large event nearby but I knew that when I booked.
Very well located close to a metro station, staff are very professional, the room is comfortable, clean, large and quiet, WIFI works well
Maybe a shower curtain would help!
Small rooms but this is almost general in Paris
very clean, big room, for sure I will book again if in Paris
Good location, friendly and helpful staff, modern room and facilities.
Air conditioning in the room was weak.
This is a modern, clean and well appointed hotel. It is situated opposite the end of metro line 10 in a nice neighbourhood.
A minibar or fridge option would have been nice just for some water as we were back late each evening.
Friendly and helpful staff Very comfortable large bed Great location for Roland Garros Plenty of restaurants nearby Clean room
A very narrow splash pane on the bath meant water everywhere when showering. Room looked tired and in need of renovation
Not much. Stayed there because of its proximity to Roland Garros.
Staff unpleasant and unhelpful. Service terrible--they couldn't/wouldn't even provide us with ice! VERY basic amenities. VERY small room.
When making the reservation, we were not able to book a room for 'just' 1 person. It was pre-refilled online for 2. The employee at check-out adjusted our bill accordingly, which is much appreciated. Maybe you can adjust this deficiency online.
As always, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Everything is excellent. Only one small recommendation... At breakfast it would be nice to be able to order some hot food, like eggs.
The staff were very helpful. Good position.
everything prefect, as always
this time, had room on first floor back part (window to garden). Has smallest windows of all rooms, which makes the room impression a bit dull
The internet in the room was weak but in the lobby it was ok.
style, very comfortable room and bed!
Brilliant location, just by metro station and a good choice of restaurants close by. Very comfy beds for a budget hotel and with good double glazing so no traffic noise at all.
The hallways were in need of decoration and the flooring was a bit cheap although functional.
Great as usual. Next to Metro. Location ok if business is not too far away.
Location in Boulogne might be too far from downtown if you want to have "Paris" feeling the minute you drop out of the hotel
