Convenient location between the sea and the shops and restaurants. Free parking but hard to find a space at check in times.Good Wifi reception in room. Friendly reception staff. The bed was small and a bit tired, not what I expect from a supposedly "superior" room. The shower was over the bath but had no curtain and only a low level fixing for the head so inconvenient to use without soaking the floor, (a pity because the pressure was good) |

Welcoming staff with time to chat a bit (in French or English, according to requirements!), large room, sea view, breakfast available up to 10am - nice for lazy holidays - town centre. Bathroom a little cramped - given the size of the room could have used just a bit more for the en suite facilities. But not a major problem. |

The view from the room is the main feature at this hotel. The staff are very friendly. The mattresses and bedding are old and old-fashioned. There is no air conditioning. If you open the window it's noisy, if you close it you stifle. The choice of television channels is limited. |

The hotel was very convenient for the best parts of Dieppe, beach, port and restaurants.t The lack of parking, however this is a problem with Dieppe. we Knew of this and in fact parked within 100 yards/ metres of the hotel. Some one who did not know Dieppe may find it difficult. |

We had bikes with us and the reception staff immediately offered to store them safely for us. They were really flexible about giving us access to the bikes at any time of day, even when we had to leave at 3.30am to catch the ferry! We were both really impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of staff. |

The sea veiw The rooms were not modern or updated in such a way to command 115 euros a night without even breakfast. The first room I was shown had a broken toilet and was generally very gloomy as no re decoration had been done. |

I only stayed 2 nights and enjoyed my stay. In particular I liked the location of the hotel. I was not happy about handing the room card into reception as I believe there is personal information on the card which I would prefer to have control of. |

The location was perfect, the staff were very helpful (especially since we are Americans), and room was very pleasant. I really liked having a bathtub, not just a shower. It would have been nice to have an English-speaking television station. |

The sea view was good but the traffic noise was not good. The decor is very dated and worn and the photo posted on the website is truly misleading as it shows a lovely, modern,fresh bedroom. The whole place had a stale smell to it and the lift was very scary as in clanked and clunked. The plumbing was noisy as water etc from rooms above passed through pipes in our bathroom. There were loose and missing tiles too.Room 404. |
