The hotel was in the city center, clos by shops, restaurants etc. Walking distance of the Canal du Midi and the Garonne Room was quite small, with only a window on a central place with a lot of airconditioning ventilation. Oke to sleep but nothing more. |

Close to the shops and bars We had a dark room - given a double room instead but still charged at superior room rate - wholly unsatisfactory |

First a very warm welcome by the staff. They were very helpful in helping us with all questions related to Toulouse. The bedroom was very comfortable...very clean, soft sheets and the bathroom was bigger than what you usually find in traditional French hotels. Location was perfect for walking to discover the city. |

Conveniently located close to the city centre. Nice, clean, tidy room. Good quality towelry and a decent choice of TV channels. Free internet connection (but I could not manage to get it working on that day). Overall, a very good value for money (would have been excellent if breakfast was included) No italian TV channel available, breakfast price (10€) is not too attractive (especially when one can go out and have breakfast in the bar just outside the hotel at half of the price...) |

I asked for and got an extremely quiet room (207) backing on to a small inner courtyard. The hotel is centrally situated, less than 100 metres from Place du Capitole, and is close to several metro stops and the tourist office. Although the staff tried to be helpful, they had only a little information about Toulouse in general and, surprisingly, did not seem familiar with the very efficient city transport system. |

The location was excellent and the rom well servicved. However, it looked out onto a brick wall and was beside a wooden staircase which was quite noisy. The female receptionist who checked me in was excellent, the man who checked me out was rude. |

We enjoyed our three days at the hotel so much that we booked two more nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful and tolerated my attempt at the beautiful French language. The rooms were lovely, very clean and the location is excellent for walking the town from the Garonne to the canal and everything in between. We will always remember our stay there and would certainly return if in the area again. |

It has an excellent location for the city centre; it is very convenient for the Airport transfer. The breaksfast is well presented and in a bright and well stocked dining room. The rooms are clean, with a small but well stocked shower room |

Good clean spacious room. Exactly what we expected. Good value for money and good location right in the centre of town. Basic enough hotel, but well worth the price. |

Location close to restaurants and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also good. There is no parking at the hotel so we parked in a parking station nearby at the Place de Capitol. When we arrived there was an information booklet in our room that referred to a discount in carparks around the hotel. When we asked at the reception we were told that our carpark is not part of the discount, wished we were informed of this before we arrived. |
