Alexandra Hotel  

Great location, very helpfull staff, a beautiful town to visit, a must see for any France trip

Exceptionally small bathroom, even for European standards, dropping off & picking up luggage is difficult if you are traveling by car.

Good staff, helpful, friendly. Location is good, near train station and lake. There are supermarket and laundry near by. Wifi is good. Basic facilities.

A little bit small toilet but not a problem.

Very Nyce hotel.. Enjoyed my stay completely

We stayed at the Alexandra Hotel for a night on the way back from a skiing holiday. The reception staff were 1st class. When we got there the receptionist told us about Annecy and recommended several restaurants showing the location on a map for us. In the morning the reception staff were very helpful and friendly, helping us with our luggage. The location was very convenient for both the old town and the shopping area. The breakfast was very good with enough to eat and drink.

The room was too hot and the radiator could have had a thermostatic valve so guests could adjust the temperature. The docor was also a bit beige and impersonal.

The men who worked at the hotel were friendly and very helpful. The room was impeccably clean and the breakfast was nice. The hotel is also centrally located and within walking distance of several interesting sites.

The bed was a little uneven and not very comfortable. The pillows were too flat.

All the staff at Alexanda Hotel went out of their way to be helpful and welcoming. Even to the point of helping us carry our four heavy suitcases up to our room! (There is no lift). The Hotel is wonderfully situated in the middle of Annecy and a beautiful and easy walking distance to the Lake and old town. We stayed in the Family room, which had a separate bunk room for our two children, and though both rooms were compact, the set-up still worked well for us. We were directed to two marvelous restaurants and the helpful hotel staff made our reservations for us! The Breakfast Buffet was delicious and generous, parking was only a few minutes down the road at an underground parking building and we loved every relaxing minute of our stay at Alexander Hotel and would certainly return.

Ottima connessione wi-fi in camera. staff very friendly and helpful! central location. Paid parking is not far, and contribution from the staff at the hotel garage! excellent WI-FI in the room.

Great location. Parking is close by, but you must carry all of bags about 200 meters. Small room.

The staff were so nice. We had a baby stroller and they helped us schlep it and the bags up and down the stairs. They gave us lots of good recommendations and were very accomodating. We took breakfast at the hotel for an extra 7 euros per person every day. It wasn't anything too special, but had a variety of breads, cheese, meat, cereal, yogurt, compote.

The rooms and tvs are small.

Staff are bed nice.

In our room, we could clearly hear our neighbors' noise. It was extremely noisy.

Updated and clean, great value and location. Outstanding staff, helped us with our baggage. Room was stylish with a terrace overlooking a main street, but still very quiet. I rate this hotel tops in service, value and location!

No lift, but staff carried our bags up two flights of stairs.
