Alexandra Hotel  

It's quite good. The location is fantastic, it's 5minutes to the station and near the old city. The environment in hotel is comfortable and clear.

Great location. Parking is close by, but you must carry all of bags about 200 meters. Small room.

We enjoyed our short stay very much. The hotel is ideally located in the center of annecy a short walk from everywhere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

The room was rather small but didnt lack anything essential. The parking is a short distance from the hotel and costs 1 euro an hour. The hotel has an arrangement for their guests where the overnight parking is free. The one drawback we had was with booking.com with a cancellation we made for another place which didnt go throu properly in the system so we may have to pay twice.

A nice small hotel in the middle of Annecy, just a blck from the old town. Overnight parking included, taxes are not.

Be aware, rooms are small. If you are claustrophobic, it may not be for you. No hair dryer in the room. No coffee machine either.

Great location, old Annecy starts a few paces from the door and shopping right outside. A beautiful old staircase up from ground level,....must have welcomed hundred's of years of weary feet! Easy, relaxed and excellent value Hotel - I'd book again tomorrow.

The staff were so nice. We had a baby stroller and they helped us schlep it and the bags up and down the stairs. They gave us lots of good recommendations and were very accomodating. We took breakfast at the hotel for an extra 7 euros per person every day. It wasn't anything too special, but had a variety of breads, cheese, meat, cereal, yogurt, compote.

The rooms and tvs are small.

Staff are bed nice.

In our room, we could clearly hear our neighbors' noise. It was extremely noisy.

Great location between railway station and old town. Very helpful friendly staff. Rooms clean and attractive - probably at a higher standard than you would expect in this price range.

Updated and clean, great value and location. Outstanding staff, helped us with our baggage. Room was stylish with a terrace overlooking a main street, but still very quiet. I rate this hotel tops in service, value and location!

No lift, but staff carried our bags up two flights of stairs.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nearby garage parking from 7 PM - 7 AM is included in rate, good location a short walk from Lake Annecy.

No elevator, not a problem really but a consideration if you are on the third floor with many bags. There did not appear to be any air conditioning in the room, just a small oscillating fan. Bed is fairly low to ground and not the most comfortable.

Staff were excellent - very helpful with maps, information, offering to carry bags etc. Brilliant. Great location. Would stay here again. Parking was easy to use. Restaurants nearby.
