Close to train and main bus station, city center.

The front desk person could not tell me if a room is available for a future date. The shower and the toilet rooms are very small. Very limited option to hang clothes in my room.

A reasonable level of comfort for a reasonable price

It was very good,communication wise it is very near by to the main railway station and bus stand. Hotel is very clean and cost effective.

elevator is not there, so it is difficult to go upstaires with the heavy luggages by using staircase.

Cheap, quiet and easy to reach from the train station.

If you travelling by train then the Alize is very well located( 4mins form the station).

When you book buget hotels you get what you pay for.We did not have a private bathroom( even though I thought i booked one).The toilet and shower were located in didfferent places and the shower was not appealing to use. The room was nice enough but the level of noise in the morning was very distracting and annoying if you were trying to get some zzz'z after arriving late the nght before after a whole day of travelling.

Near Grenoble Train Station;The Hotel Staff and secure storage place for big bags on the ground floor.

No A/C in room, noisy streets outside if window opened for cooling. Bathroom IN room not really private

The hotel was very poor, paper thin walls,you can har next door breath .Had the comfort room which meant a peice of board 1metre high wedged by toilet to partition it off would not recomend im afraid they have tried to tidy it up but all is on the cheap

No frills but room was clean with no unexpected surprises. Staff were friendly and let us use the store room to assemble/disassemble bicycles, which was very handy (was on a cycling trip).

The hotel was located opposite the train station and near the main thoroughfare. It was a bank holiday so it must have been a lot quieter than normal. Excellent friendly family run Indian restaurant in main thoroughfare.

A typical commercial travellers hotel. Very basic. En suite separated by a screen. The toilet has a maccerator which is noisy but you can sit and look out of the window down to the station across the road. Maintenance lacking - no plug for washbasin, shower holder loose, loose electric socket (we managed to fuse the entire 2nd floor) Parking meters outside except for bank holidays and w/e.

Perfect location right next to the station. Really friendly staff that spoke fine English, and were happy to let me practice my (poor) French with them. Good value. Good sized rooms, especially for the price. Comfy bed.

Fairly basic facilities, quite outdated inside.

Very close to the city centre. Nice and friendly staff, though not all of them spoke English (especially night staff).

The room was not very comfortable. No shelves for personal items or clothes. The toilet in the corridor was always smelly. Although not very expensive, but for that money you could have a much better room in some other countries (Malta, Portugal, Spain, Italy etc).

Cette réservation a été catastrophique, j'ai toujours été très satisfaite des réservations par booking et donc je me permets cette fois de faire de nombreuses critiques!! Nous avions réservé cette chambre pour le régisseur de notre compagnie de spectacle: la fenêtre ne fermait pas, il y avait des bêtes indésirables, ...alors qu'il avait demandé à changer de chambre pour la deuxième nuit et qu'on lui avait dit que ce serait fait , la personne nouvelle à l'accueil n'était pas au courant et rien n' a été fait!! Au moment du départ il a demandé une facture et on a commencé par lui donné quelque chose de manuscrit...il a dû insister pour avoir une facture correcte!! Bref je pense qu'il serait souhaitable que cet établissement ne soit plus référencé chez vous car c'est fort désagréable d'autant plus quand on réserve pour quelqu'un!! C'est la première fois que cela m'arrive alors que j'ai souvent réservé par booking!

Contrairement à tout ce que j'avais vu sur internet, la chambre était propre, tout comme les WC et la douche. (chambre triple économique)

La chambre manque peut-être un peu de luminosité, mais c'es tout.

pas de penderies dans la chambre; ni quoi que ce soit pour déposer le contenu de notre valise; pas important si on ne reste qu'une nuit; mais un peu gênant quand on reste plus longtemps.

Absolument rien, c était épouvantable. Après un conflit pour obtenir ce qui avait été réservé (un studio et pas une chambre) nous avons découvert un studio avec : tuyaux à tous les murs, odeur horrible, douche commune avec des joints noirs, fenêtre de la chambre à quelques mètres d un immeuble, ils nomment kitchenette une table avec une cafetière et un verre de vieux café pour une utilisation, un frigo qui a fait du bruit toute la nuit... Même plus envie de continuer à donner des détails. En résumé : ne travaillez plus avec eux
