Excellent hotel. Actually, it was better than I could expect for the price. Nice decorated and very clean room and bathroom (and quite large for *** in Paris). Nice friendly staff. 7-10 minutes walk to metro station. I would highly recommend the hotel, but... Never ever agree to stay at room *09 (I guess they have similar numeration on every floor) which has the same wall with the elevator shaft. When somebody uses the elevator, the sound is awfull and surprisingly loud. If we don't count the elevator everything else is perfect in the hotel.

The Hotel personnel was very friendly and spoke good English. They reconized us directly after return to the hotel or in the morning. The presence of private parking space was very convenient for us, although the parking costs was a little bit high (but still okay comparing to some other hotels). The hotel room was directly beside a busy road and the traffic was making a lot of noise in the evening and in the morning. The air conditioning was not working properly, so we had to open the window for some fresh air. But even with the window closed, the traffic noise was not comfortable. The bed was not very comfortable, as you could almost feel each metal spring in the matress. The price quality of the breakfast was really poor. Okay, it was clear that this was a continental breakfast buffet, so I was not expecting the full Englisch breakfast with warm bacon, scrambled eggs, mushrooms and beans. But for 13 euro's per person, you don't even get a warm boiled egg (boiled egg was cold and properly left over from yesterday) with your breakfast, and the coffee was worst than the instant coffee that was complementary in the room.

The Allegro was an excellent choice for a 3 star hotel in Paris. I would actually rate the hotel a little higher. The bathroom had been updated and was very nice, clean and modern, the sheets were always clean, and the bed was very, very comfortable! The shower was especially excellent with a lot of hot water, great as our group was there at an especially cold time! The reception could not have been nicer, and they were always pleasant and helpful, always willing to help me with my french and more than willing to speak english. There was a great bakery nearby and the metro stop was an easy walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone! It was a great hotel!

Nearness to what I visited paris for. The renovation wasn't pleasant and wasn't told about it when making booking. Wifi signal didn't reach floor I was on. When I mentioned it to staff, nothing was done. Didn't even appear to try.

The staff were very helpful and spoke english quite well. They were able to assist us in booking transfers to the airport and getting tickets to attractions as well as providing a "local" perspective on easy ways to get around. The room was clean and the internet worked well. We actually extended our stay in the hotel due to its proximity to the Metro station in Picpus and the number of good restaurants and cafes that are around the area.

The staff were nice and pleasant. I do recommend the hotel considering the price and location. It is a good value for money compared to prices in Paris at this time. The rooms are nice, clean and has all one needs. The best part is they have free internet access 24 hours a day. That is a big plus in Paris.

The hotel is clean and good design. Nice atmosphere n close access to metro pitpus just 5 minutes walk. The staff is quite friendly. Free internet access through wifi. The corridor is dark at night quite difficult to find the switch to turn on the corridor light. May be the hotel try to save some bucks by putting timmer on the switch. May be putting motion switch as other hotel would be better.

Very helpful staff, anytime we needed help finding something they gave us a map and directions for the easiest way getting there. About a 15 min. walk to the main RER station to Disneyland. Breakfast was decent. The room was very old and not updated, although they were doing renovations during our stay. I think the price was a little high for what they offered. Very basic hotel. A little far from main downtown Paris but close to the metros for easy travel downtown. Probably wouldn't stay here again if I ever went back to Paris. Rather get something closer to all the main attractions. Wasn't anything outstanding that stood out.

I found Allegro's location quite good. May not be so near the city but accessible by train and by bus. The staff are nice and quite helpful, particularly Rubica and Basha who patiently showed us the way in going in and out of Paris. The neighboorhood is quiet and very parisian with lots of cafes and bakeries and shops around. The supermarket is just a few steps away from the entrance of the hotel. Our experience in Allegro is ok. Nothing to complain about except perhaps that no water facilities is available for guests that we have to buy our own drinking water at the nearby supermarket. Would suggest that the hotel provide a water dispenser where guests can get their drinking water if needed.

We both like very much the fact that room & bathroom were very clean and staff from hotel offered us a new room when our sink was blocked. Staff also helped us to order taxi early hours in the morning. There was no problem with noise what so ever. We intend to come back to Paris next year and we have no hesitation to come back to this hotel :) The only thing I would improve is to replace all tea making facilities in the morning.

It is close to Metro station. An interesting amusement park is also near this hotel. It is located in a quiet region but far from most of the attractions of Paris.

Rooms are nicely decorated, short walk from the convenient Nation major metro station - direct line to Disneyland from here. All in all, was an ok hotel. Nothing amazing, but nothing horrible either. Maybe a bit impersonal, some of the staff could have been friendlier, we had quite a lukewarm initial welcome. The lady who checked us out at the end was very nice and helpful though.

“We very much enjoyed our stay, the contemporary design of the hotel, rooms and fittings and furnishing were excellent. The staff were always very polite, corteous and helpful. The location suited us as we were travelling on by train from the nearby Gare du Lyon. Also the location to the nearby Mero station was good for our getting around Paris sightseeing.” Keith, Hull |
