The room was nice and clean. Close distance from metro station we could get easilly to enverywhere we wanted.

Hotel booked to my credit card reservation if EUR 190 and it's still there even the bill of EUR 484 was already deducted from my credit card. I cannot use my own money as it's still there even I sent an amail to hotel one week ago they shoudl immidiatelly to cancel it.

Friendly staff

No shower curtain in bathroom

The staff was very helpful and nice. They spoke a decent amount of English and were always happy to assist.

For some reason, there's not shower curtain or door, which kind of prevents you from fully enjoying the great shower. Our room was quite warm as well, but that's a minor issue, cause one can just turn on the AC or leave a window open.

Nice design, comfortable lobby to have a drink at night.

Rooms not properly cleaned (dust), very damp atmosphere in the rooms.

The hotel itself was very nice and updated. The room was small but accomodating for three females only staying one night. The staff was very friendly and even offered a late check out since we were running in the Paris Half Marathon. Great grocery store right next door!

The heat did not work properly mostly due to so much condensation forming on the windows and causing much cold air in the room.

First impression from outside wasn't so good. Whole hotel get four star and was recontition last year. It looked like brand new inside. Design interiors, nice and clean bathroom. Free WiFi. Good choice.

room was quite cozy shower was good enough location is 30 minutes away from the city center by the metro and you have to walk 12 min to the nearest metro stop

they froze a half price from my credit card straight after the booking there was a specific smell int the room I don't like there is no ventilation and I felt a high humidity in the room for a long time after taking a shower breakfest was not good for the money far from the city center and you have to spend a lot of money for transport (with taking into account that you can take hotel in city center for the equal money) sure it is not the place where I will be back again

Place was very clean. Bathroom was very nice no rust brand new.Central heating was excellent. Staff mostly at the reception where very nice and very helpful. Place wasn't in the central of Paris was very a quite place and for us was great,not far near subway.

The only issue we had its just at night it so quite that even the water pipe you can hear.

Fairly good location

There was dust in the room on pretty much everything and never got cleaned. If you are looking for a comfortable night's sleep, then forget this hotel! They have recently refurbished it apparently and the sound proofing is so bad that whenever someone in the adjacent rooms is showering in the morning, will most certainly wake you up because of the water pressure. Imagine how nice is that at 7am on Saturday when you really want to sleep longer... Moreover, we (myself and my partner) were given a double bed room initially but that bed could accommodate one person at best for a comfortable night's sleep. So first night sleep was bad because of the noise and the bed. Changing the room to a king sized bed room did sort of help but the noise of people showering or doors slamming in the hall way was still very much upsetting.

Sadly the room wasn't silent. I mean I heard the lift by night so it was disturbing. And quality of extra bed was on low level as well. One more thing it's not like it is said 4 star hotel it's a 3 star one.

Lovely hotel! In a great location - only 20 mins with metro. Great area, plenty of nice restaurants and cafes nearby which are all reasonably priced with delicious food. The staff were also very helpful and spoke English very well. The room is a good size and the interior is very stylish.

They charg me twice, ac controlr was broke, their parking can not take larg car

Nothing....perhaps a little far out of Paris centre though fun getting into and out of Paris by public transport.

Het bed was goed, de sanitaire voorzieningen ook, het raam kan open.

Het wifi signaal was zeer zwak in kamer 605. en de koffie was niet te drinken.

Hôtel refait à neuf

Sauberes Hotel in netter und ruhiger Umgebung. Tolle Delikatessen Geschäfte in der Nähe. Metro ist schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Tolle Ausgangslage für einen Städtetripp. Würde ich jederzeit wieder hin.

Muito distante dos pontos turisticos. Não tinha frgobar (4estrela) A parede cheia de pó pedi para limpar e não deram importancia.
