We booked a triple room - and were given room 601 which actually looked more like a 3 bedroom apartment - with no living room area though. Small lcd tv in one of the smaller rooms, sep. Toilet and sep bathroom. Room looked quite nice. Room 601 was on the very top floor next to the lift well which meant that the loud noise of the lift being used was heard non stop. We tolerated the noise during the night thinking that at some point people would stop using it and we all had ear plugs - we shouldnt have assumed this as the lift noise continued well into the early hours of the morning and then in the morning when other hotel patrons strated going downstairs the noise was regular every few minutes. We didnt sleep much due to the noise, the bathroom had a shower/bath and was next to 2 windows however there was no shower curtin so a lot of water went everywhere. The carpet in one of the rooms looked as though someone had had some kind of accident there and it was still wet!!! |

Good Food,Good People and good overall service Noise of construction activites and People vacating their rooms could be heard at most times.Windows of the room didnot close completely and the toilet tub water fittings were defective. |

Kamer waren schoon en netjes. Ontbijt was een ramp, gingen pas om 9 uur ontbijten en er was niks meer, een paar keer gevraagt of ze dingen bij wouden vullen maar dat deden ze niet meer. Niet onbijten daar alleen als het gratis is. |

La habitación estaba casi nueva. La cama muy comoda y el personal de recepción muy amable. Al cuarto de baño le fataría agregar algun sistema (cortina o mampara) para que no salga el agua. |

Rustige buurt buiten het centrum van Lourdes, ongeveer 15 minuten wandelen tot aan de grot. Recent gerenoveerde, propere kamer en badkamer, eerder aan de kleine kant maar met voldoende uitrusting. Goede prijs/kwliteitsverhouding. Het restaurant is aan renovatie toe. De kwantiteit van het ontbijtbuffet was voldoende maar de kwaliteit was eerder karig, een beetje meer variatie in het aanbod lijkt ons wel aangewezen. |

La amabilidad del personal del hotel así como su ubicación en la ciudad sin olvidar la comodidad del parking que además es gratuito; excelente el hecho de que la entrada sea hasta las 24:00 horas y que para la salida sea hasta las 12:00 horas. |

de kamer was zeer proper geen verwarming in de kamer ! wel in de badkamer, geen douchegordijn en het ontbijt was zonder meer beneden alle pijl. Ook de eetzaal zag er vervallen uit. een personeelslid deed er alles aan om het de klant naar zijn zin te maken met de weinige middelen dat ze had, daartegenover slofte een ander personeelslid met dikke jas aan zich vooruit !!! |
