The situation of the hotel, near the center of Lourdes. It is easy to visit the most famous places with the pass. Lot's of choices of restaurants. Very calm. The towels were very old and seems used. There was not pilow on the bed. The haidryer was dirty and there was hair on the towels and on the floor.

Completely ignored "do not disturb sign" and still came into our room even though we specifically ask for it not to be serviced daily. It was also very noisy, the bathroom complicated with too many taps and free services advertised were not offered (no free WiFi). Also, no info about the hotel and difficult to get out early before the hotel opened up.

Hotel Alliance seems to have been refurbished recently. The hotel met our requirements perfectly. It is situated in a quiet location only 10 minutes walk from the Sanctuary of Lourdes and we will certainly use it again on our nexr visit. Recommended.

Centale (15 minuti a piedi dal santuario) e in zona negozi, bar, ristoranti, ecc. Camera per 3 persone abbastanza pulita, accogliente e con bagno grande. Cucina del ristorante anche se non "à la carte" , è semplice, buona ed economica. Ottimo vino rosso. Colazione a € 9 troppo cara...noi non l'abbiamo volutamente consumata in albergo ed abbiamo optato per la soluzione "bar lungo la strada". Ristorante non "à la carte" e senza possibilità di scelta.

Ho prrnotato espressamente camere matrimoniali ma ho ricevuto semplici doppie.la preima stanza datami era sccanto all'ascensore con grande rumore.mi è stata csmbiata vosta la possibilitá di una camera annullsata.senza questa mpn avrei potuto dormite.il prezzo della colazione secondo me è troppo alto rispetto alla qualità dell hotel ma non so che abbondanza abbia non a vendola provata

El personal de recepción es muy amable, y la chica que me atendió hablaba bastante bien el español. La habitación es bastante bien decorada, y con cierto confort (la decoración es tal como aparece en las fotos). Es quizás de los hoteles que se encuentran algo más alejados (aunque las distancias en Lourdes son bastante cortas). Cuanto más cerca de la gruta, mayor bullicio, por lo que este hotel, es bastante tranquilo.

le stanze sono da poco rinnovate, compreso il locale bagno. l'albergo è situato in una posizione tranquilla e sufficientemente vicino al Santuario (circa 10 minuti a piedi). Il personale parla italiano e la colazione a buffet è varia.

“Excellent hotel with an equally excellent front desk. A very big thank you to Gerard who made everything easy, pleasant and warm. Open parking in front and in a private garage around the corner. Hotel was exceptionally clean and modern which was a fresh change in the town of lourdes where hotels range from the dreary old pension to the extremely expensive. A 5 minute walk to the grotto which was fine thanks to a nearby semi-private lift and strolling around lourdes is never boring. Will definitely be back and won't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. Got there after a 3 hour drive from Bordeaux and the manager Gerard offered free espressos just because we had to wait 5 minutes at their spacious modern lobby for the room to be ready.
