Spacious rooms, large windows, very friendly staff, a bit soviet-style (I like that!), everything worked fine and efficiently, nice details such as a few free drinks in the mini bar. Great location for me, since I was travelling on business, very easy to find (there are signs to Alpexpo everywhere). Food quality in the restaurant very bad, poor breakfast for that price, no free Internet access. Room and bathroom cleaning deficient. |

Overall good value for the money exept for the fact that the swimmingpool was not open as it should have been in september. I didnt like the fact that the outdoor swimmingpool should have been open till end of september but it was closed, and their own website is lying about it as well as on the information about hotel. The main reason for going to this hotel was the swimmingpool and it went wrong. |

Breakfast was okay but overpriced Male receptionist extremely rude and unhelpful; too much trouble even to get us some ice; bar closed practically whole month without this being said on web site. I would not have stayed there had I known this. Restaurant closed on a Saturday evening! Lights in stair well went off leaving us in total darkness |

It was cheap and opposite a large shopping centre. The rooms were large. Windows did not open and air con in the room did not really work. It really does badly need a serious makeover. |

Staff was cheerful and helpful. Several things were not working or broken. The hotel is a bit dated and could use a good remodel. |

Fast ,very friendly check in staff. Spotless large room with all facilities.great location which we used as our stopover hotel on way to ski holiday. Wifi Internet access should be included in a hotel of this standard. The cost would be minimal to them and could swing the choice in their favour. |

Within 1 hr of some great ski resorts. Very attentative staff. Double Executive room was more than ample. Nowhere local to dine out unless you fancy McDonalds or Thai Buffet every night. |

The room was spacious. The breakfast was good. The bathroom was not clean The steak was not cooked as requested (medium rare). The duck was dry, not well cooked. The wine was below average for the price. |

It was a great location and price. The staff was very helpful. There was a musty smell in the hall and elevator. The hall needed painting. The room was quite comfortable and much larger than expected. |
