If you like a vacation,waking to the noise of excavations on a grand scale,where staff are off hand ,arrogant and unhelpfull,where bathrooms are so small,one can shave, bathe and excrete without movig, this is definitely the place !Never saw any one in the restaurant other than staff,bar run by amateurs,pool cafe never staffed,indoor pool facility grubby.Hotel needs complete revamp starting with liftts which rarely worked and then ,worryingly,shook and creaked .Room service and housekeeping were efficient but surly,quick to correct what should have been done first time,but without a smile.

Room service food good and plentifull;but nothing was promoted,my impression was "LAZY LETHARGIC STAFF"

Convenient location

Highly overpriced, a hotelguest has to pay! To use the pool.. Old and dirty apart from the renovated room, no space for clothes, hotel logistics are dramatically bad. Restaurant and breakfast outdated and outrated

we can not fault this hotel, our room was a classic with pool view the balcony was spacious the room was big enough for the time you spend in it and clean, the staff were nice nothing was to much trouble. The location is excellent, this is my 3rd stay in Juan les Pins I payed a lot more money for the other visits but would return to this hotel again well worth the money

the only thing is the bathroom could have been a bit bigger

It is disgusting and unbelievable that at a hotel pool - at these prices - that you had to pay to sit on a modest lawnchair - and pay significantly

The prices were horrific. 9 Euros for a dish of Chips (not a plate) ? 13.5 Euros for a large Heinekin. No one was eating or drinking at the pool area. We bought in our own drinks and food from the local shop. When we arrived it was extras to sit at the pool and have a sunbed and towel. It was even more expensive to go to the beach they had, and that had to be reserved 24 hours in advance. Absolute rip off and the web site mentions nothing about this. The most uncomfortable bed I have every slept in. Noisy hotel of doors slamming, work in the Hotel. Bouncers/security staff on the Hotel Door !! Bouncers/security dressed in suits at the pool side all day, made you feel something was or could happen. Pool staff totally unpleasant. Receptionist just could not give a dam about our frustration at having to pay extras for sunbeds and the beach.

The location is close to Juan Les Pins. The staff was helpful

The beach is not very nice. It is small and at least ten minutes walking through the town and so it is difficult with young children. The number of staff was low for this hotel and the pool is way too small.

Good location, clean well run hotel and the rooms were to a good standard. Very good value for money in an area of over overpriced hotels

Room service options were limited, not good if you come in later from a night out

Its next to a major building site. It is on a skeleton staff. The breakfast is 25 euros for a cold bufet etc etc etc

Krav att betala extra om man ställer en egen kylvara I kylen känns extremt snålt och girigt. Pga av speciellt detta tvekar jag att rekommendera. Orimligt pris på frukost - 25 euro
