The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The hotel did not feel like a resort hotel, but more like a business hotel and wished we knew this before we booked. |

Fantastic restaurant beside a beautiful pool. Rooms with private balconies. Hotel adjacent to both town and beach. Lovely holiday. |

I stayed for 4 days with my young children and the staff could literally not have been any better or done more for us - our room was also excellent (it had been recently refurbished and was very up to date) the renovations appear to be ongoing so there were a lot of workmen about |

the room was nice,the bed very comfortable, but the room was pretty small and the toilet very small. people kept on getting inside the room even if i was inside (housekeeper, man for checking the minibar and so on). It was sooo unconvenient that anytime people entered like this! and also the swimming pool (which is a service that the hotel should offer for free) had a fee to be used!!! unbelievable! and gym too. and both of them were very expensive. |

Having checked into our room, and unpacked, we immediately went downstairs to Reception and checked out again. There is severe renovation work going on at this hotel and the noise is unbearable. The view from the poolview rooms is also appalling, all you can see is tarpaurlin. Once this is finished the hotel will be back to being excellent. |

Erg mooie kamers, vriendelijk personeel die gelijk bereidt waren problemen op te lossen. Schoonmaken van de kamer, verbouwing tijdens ons verblijf en het extra betalen van bedden aan het zwembad. |

Modernes Zimmer Die Basisbedingungen die Booking.com in Ihrer Anzeige annonciert ist leider falsch. Hier wird mit Unwahrheiten gelockt. Das Hotel befindet sich immer noch in Renovierungsarbeiten was enorm stört. |

La vicinanza all'area pedonale e la zona tranquilla a pochi passi dal mare La colazione troppo costosa a 25 euro al giorno, l'uso della piscina a 15 euro e la convenzione con la plage de la jetee che prevedeva la riduzione di soli 3 euro. Inoltre la piscina interna era fuori uso. |

Le confort de la chambre et la piscine exterieure Les services attendus pour un etablissement de ce type n'etaient pas au rendez-vous. Le materiel de fitness etait tres vieux, le sauna etait en panne. Des travaux importants durant tout notre sejour occasionnant du bruit dans la chambre et de la salete dans les acces. |

Le personnel est tres professionnel et serviable, hotel rénové et bien situé pour un séjour détente avec une piscine hors du commun ainsi que pour un séjour d'affaires pour sa proximité de toutes commodités. Séjour 100% magique et inoubliable, à refaire sans hésitation. |

Nous avons passé un séjour très sympathique.Les chambres ont été rénovées et sont très agréables. La piscine extérieure est magnifique. Je recommande à tout le monde de l'essayer. Très bonnes vacances passées à Juan Les Pins. |
