The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. A very slight gripe was the lack of shower curtain for one bathroom and the shower had to be hand-held in the other. |

The reception staff spoke some english, they were pleasant, and helpful. The continental breakfast was excellent, with a good choice. The hotel was within walking distance to all the city centre restaurants, and shops. The rooms were small, but clean, and the bed was comfortable. We would stay in this hotel again, if we were in Nantes. |

Great location, clean and comfortable and buffet breakfast very good. Additionally reception staff very helpful. Would have liked tea making facilities in room also the shower was very impractical as the shower head had no wall holder, additionally there was no curtain or shower screen so the bathroom floor ended up soaking wet. |

We wanted an inexpensive Hotel in the City centre to explore the City and restaurants for 1 night. Saturday night noise was annoying, ask for a room away from the front of the Hotel. |

The staff were friendly and helpfull it was our first stay in nantes and we asked the lady on reception for directions, she spoke good english and gave us a map and directed us to different places , also told us about the tram srevice in which we used over the weekend. |
