The price was good for Honfleur, there was a nice pool and sauna also, the bed was quite large. Easy parking

Charge an extra €4 for robes for the pool, which was bit unnecessary. No curtain in the shower which makes a mess. 15-20 minute walk to town but handy if you have a car

No tea making facilities or bar fridge.

Friendly comfortable Hotel on the edge of Honflure

The road junction out side the hotel was quite busy and so there was a fair bit of traffic noise in our room which over looked the junction

Despite the fact the breakfast is self service the quality of the breakfast is ok. The spa, especially the swimming pool is a nice asset of the hotel.

The distance to the center of Honfleur is a bit to far. It is 2,5km, so it takes half an hour in one direction. Also the road is steep and not interesting. You have to take your car and at the most central parkings you have to pay. Another important complaint we have concerning the room (which was located in another building) and service is that the room was not cleaned when we arrived at 6pm. The girl at the desk offered us another room, but this room had a very strong cigarettes smell. I complained again at the desk. The girl at the desk offered to use a chemical product to remove the smell. My partner refused this solution because she is a migraine patient. So I complained again. Finally we got a room that was ok. Every time we had to move are luggage between the rooms and the seperate buildings. We are not ok with the way all of these problems were handled and it is not normal that all this bad service occurs at once. Also the girl at the desk never offered us any compensation. So I hope that by this way some compensation I offered, because at this moment we are very disappointed in our stay in this hotel!

Spa

This hotel was clean and nicely designed with a beautiful indoor swimming pool (the reason we booked it). We were only there for one night but the room was very spaceous as we were travelling with our 2 year old. Would go there again for a short stay. It was a little out of Honfleur, more than I had though so we had to drive into the town, however as we were only there for 1 night this didnt matter.

I didnt like the fact that we paid 134 euros and breakfast wasnt included. The people in the next room to us were very noisey and woke me up at 2:30 am as I could hear them talking and laughing, so the rooms were not very sound proofed. Also there was never anyone at the reception and when we checked in and out we had to wait for someone to notice us. This is a bit frustrating when you have a small child.
