Hôtel Antares & Spa

Good value for money. This hotel is ideally located near the centre of Honfleur (very nice city!). Nice swimming pool, sauna and hammam.

Limited services available: no restaurant, limited resources available (no extra services like massages, ...available due to holiday, which is strange)

Staff very friendly and room was upgraded at no extra charge.

Too far from town - for 5 of us had to have two taxi trips which was expensive

Clean and secure.The plus was it waseasy to get out of town but too far to walk to Honfleur centre.

The close proximity to the town centre and the value for money offer available whern booked

it was well situated for the visit of Honfleur which was only 2 minutes drive or 15 mins walking distance.

Good position, 20 minutes walk to Honfleur. Good facilities, breakfast good.

Rooms were porrly lit with enrgy saving light bulbs

my only complaint is that it is to far from honfleur and also the price an quality don't really match for suchs simple room 106 per night is way to mutch

Rooms need updating. Look shabby. My experience in the bathroom there was no shower bracket had to hand hold shower and as no curtain prone to flooding- There was a leak in the bath taps which spurted out over the floor- this was the second room we had as we asked for a change as the first "family room" had an odour of stale tobacco and no bath for the our young children.

We enjoyed the swimming and spa facilities together with the large grassed area where we enjoyed relaxing in the sunshine.

WE thought that a clock should be installed in the swimming pool area. A shower curtain and full shower facilities should be installed over or instead of the bath.

Excellent breakfasts, lovely outside bar area which captures the evening sun

It was unclear whether breakfasts were included in the quoted rate. We thought they were but they turned out not to be.

the spa was excellent relaxation after a long drive. The room was spacy== travelling w. 2 kids

Excellent leisure facilities, pool, sauna and steam room. Hotel is situated within a reasonable walking distance to Honfleur. Aldi just across the road, very handy. Campanile Hotel and Restaurant next door - Antares does not serve evening dinner. McDonalds also nearby. Excellent value for money at £75 per night, would have been even better b4 the money exchange fiasco. Fantastic views of the Pont de Normandie from our room, facility to book a north facing room would be great.

Pool is a little deep for short non swimmers, no shallow end. Information on hotel facilities a little lacking, no information in room as you normally get, but most staff can speak English.
