Localisation (near metro station, near train station, 30 min from cdg airport), very comfortable bed, towels, set of cosmetics, wifi, breakfast.
Could be cleaner - especially in the bathroom: discolored fugue between the tiles (mold, fungus) and worn out bathtub. At the first day I have broken window in the bathroom and the staff didn't help me with that, so I had to shower near the open window! They made mistake in the invoice so for the business trip is very important case!
Very convenient location for our purposes.
Rooms provided did not have the bedding types that were confirmed. We could not have two near strangers sleep in the same bed. Staff was not very helpful or concerned in correcting the problem
Minutes on foot from Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est. Staff couldn't do enough to make our stay very enjoyable. Huge bathroom and plenty of storage in room itself. Nice extras, like a magnifying mirror in the bathroom.
Breakfast seemed expensive, so we didn't eat in.
Travelling home from Italy with my sister(both senior citizens) so the proximity to Gare de Nord was excellent. Very nice hotel, very clean and quiet.
Room was a little cramped with too much furniture for the size of room. However it was very comfortable. Breakfast a bit expensive.
Convenience to Gare du Nor for certain international trains and a good bus terminal if you don't want to only use metro. Good breakfast but you have to pay extra.
It was a disappointment compared to the last time I stayed here. I think some rooms are great, others (like the one I got this time) small, dingy and lacking in tea-and coffee-making facilities. The area is currently very unsavoury (witnessed 2 snatch-and-run robberies).
Area is too noisy and rough.must always keep an eye on your purse.very tiny room and window open up on busy street which make it impossible to sleep.
Room was relatively clean, comfortable and quiet. WiFi access was ok, bathrooms could do with refurbishment
The neighbourhood is quite dirty an run down, but the hotel is located in a quiet side street. Breakfast is overpriced- better to eat at nearby restaurants and cages for value for money
A convenient hotel for a city break... close to Eurostar and not too far from most attractions. Not sure it's a romantic getaway hotel...but it's nice.
it was a bit noisy at night...if you're a light sleeper then it's not for you.
Very bad and expensive brekfest
Room too small Lift didn't work one day so we had to climb 5 flights of stairs!
Very convenient for our Eurostar journey the following day. Nice big TV and tea-making facilities. Roomy bathroom, comfortable bed.
We were on the top floor, so we experienced authentic Paris attic conditions! Summer heat, loud drumming of rain during an overnight storm.
Location is the main draw-card for this hotel. Walking distance from Gard du Nord and Oust. Plenty of pubs, cafes and restaurants offering a wide variety. Staff were only too pleased to help with any questions on Paris.
Nothing negative to say.
Staff is excellent, very informative. Great Location
Rooms are extremely small. we could hardly move around the bed. very deem light in the room.
The Staff were very helpful, they spoke enough English to help us with all our queries. The room was clean and comfortable.
The location was a bit dingy but it turned out to be OK inside the hotel. The breakfast was adequate but quite expensive
cleanliness and freshness of the rooms
wi fi didn't work on 3 out of 5 devices
Location was great for traveling to neighboring countries and regionally and great restaurants and shops nearby
The hotel was within easy walking distance of Gare du Nord and Gar du Est, it was within walking distance of Paris and was easy to find. Staff were friendly, wifi worked well and all was as it should be. Only stayed one night in transit and was perfect for that.
Stayed here as wanted somewhere close to Gare Du Nord. For a change (not) the french were on strike, so that scuppered plans. Anyway, for the price and location I recommend this for travellers wanting a clean, comfortable good value stay. The room was quite compact, but as we only stayed a night it did not matter to us. Reception staff were friendly and helpful and the wi-fi worked no bother. We didn't opt for breakfast, opting to pay €8 for a delicious Breakfast Anglais in a local cafe bar.
Nothing to dislike. We got what we expected
The small rooms.
The staff was very nice and helpful. The WiFi was working pretty good. The hotel is really close to the train station which is really convenient when you have to catch a train in early morning.
The room was tiny which is really not convenient when you have big suitcases with you. The bed was supposed to be a Queen bed. They just put 2 twin beds together. The room smelled like old cigarette smoke which was really nasty.
Location is good.
Their service is poor. Regarding to the cleanliness, they dont change the mattress with blood for 3 days complaining until i changed it by myself.
Easy access to transport.
Wifi often not fast and access cut off prior to check out from hotel.
We liked the location, the decor, which was quite attractive. The staff was most helpful.
Breakfast was grossly overpriced, so we went elsewhere. The café where we went to have breakfast (just down the street) cost 20% of what was being charged at the hotel, and it had great parisian ambience to boot.
No value for money
Very easy walk to station, clean, room small but comfortable with Juliet balcony, modern bathroom, helpful and polite reception.
Not a nice neighborhood, but if you want to be close to Gare du Nord, this is where you must be.
