It's really near Gare du Nord. Easy to get to by walking only 5 minutes, even with huge luggage. Rooms were clean and had all essentials to be comfortable.

Extremely convenient for Gare du Nord and trains to cdg airport. Reasonable value for Paris.

Very small room. Corridors had that "Paris Metro" smell of blocked drains or whatever it is. This didn't percolate to the room though.

Pricey, relatively speaking compared to what I can get for the same price for hotels in Asia. In Asia, for the price, I can get a spacious Junior Suite with minibars, and a lot more facilities.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. With an excellent location. A lot better than a lot of budget hotels I have stayed in France. Good WiFi connection.

The rooms are small so for a long trip they would be cramped but for 1 or 2 nights they're fine. The breakfast is okay, but at €14 is expensive.

Location and price

The room was spacious and very comfortable and very clean. The manager Serge was patient and very helpful and I appreciated the time he took to explain to me how to get to various parts of the city.

The lift got stuck the one morning whilst I was in it, I managed to press a few buttons and get it back to the top floor after some time. The manager on duty politely told me that he didn't see it as a problem and that after calling down to reception on the phone from my room as I was on the top floor, that I could use the use the stairs which were very precarious and badly lit! There was also apparently airconditioning but this didn't work so I had to open a window which made sleeping difficult as the road below was very noisy.

The room was good with tea pot and quite spacious for Paris. Location is good, though it is Gare du Nord and like in any city location next to the train station is not the premium one. But the area is nice - a lot of cafes to have breakfast and the metro is just in 5 minutes walking.

The staff was indifferent, they just gave the key and got the money. No service or smile. They freeze the whole sum on your account when booking.

Excellent access to Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est. Good location, lots of bars and restaurants around the hotel. Convenient, clean rooms.

Bathroom is in need of renovation. Terrible and expensive breakfast.

The hotel had excellent access to two of the main train stations in Pairs. We booked there principally due to an early flight from Charles de Gaulle airport and the RER connenction.

Our interactions with the desk staff was 'mixed'. The issue may have been based on a single employee, but the overall sense was not one of 'customer oriented'. The neighborhood is 'working class' to say the least. This doesn't imply unsafe, just not as 'saniftized' as some of the tourist centers of the city.

Good location and easy access to transport, about 10 minute walk from Gare du Nord and Gare de Est railway/metro stations. Clean room and air- con worked well, free wi-fi connection. Breakfast expensive, cheaper to eat outside the hotel. Lots of restaurants around the hotel area and safe to walk around.

Room was very small, difficult for 2 persons with suitcases to move around the room, but spacious bathroom.

Convenient location next to Gare Du Nord international train station.

The room was described as double but in fact it's two single beds on castors pushed together. Also described as having air con and while there was a vent for a centrally controlled system, the air was not turned on so the room had no airflow and was a bit stuffy.

Sehr zentral, ganz Paris ist von hier aus leicht und relativ schnell zu erreichen. Sehr leise trotz Lage an einer größeren Straße. Die gratis Croissants am Empfang sind auch eine sehr nette Geste! Location in the middle of Paris nearby the Gare du Nord and Metro Station. Quiet hotel. The croissants for free at the reception desk .

Kleine Zimmer, zu zweit wirds schon eng. Aber das ist in Paris normal. Small rooms, for one its ok, but for two people there is too less place. But I think that's quite normal for Paris.

The cleaning lady didn't clean the room properly. Only added tea bags and soap if needed and cleaned the floors. The conditioner was working but wasn't effective. The room was very small.
